Chapter 6 - Chapter 05: Commotion on cosmic scales

"Hey, chicken!" Upon seeing the notification, Draconius summons his newest system spirit.

"My name is Gold! What do you want?" Even indignant, Gold inquires, as his job is to assist and guide the system owner.

"What are the requirements for the place I should find?" The moment he laid eyes on this mission, an idea popped into Draconius' head that aligned with the next step he must take for his maturation.

Seizing the opportunity, he points a claw at the golden egg he just placed.

"Only enough and isolated space, I must remember that this will be the central building in the bank, that is, you will serve very powerful beings who may want conflict, the system constructions are absurdly durable and you cannot die while you are in it because of of established protection. But everything around the building can be damaged, we have to preserve our reputation so to avoid the risk of destroying a city in a conflict and tarnishing our reputation, it's good to isolate yourself." Gold explains as he takes the golden egg he laid and gives it to the dragon who made it disappear with a blue glow.

"Oh! You seem to be a rather competent spirit. I thought you'd be babbling like before, hahaha!"

'Is that a compliment or an insult?' With this thought, the disgruntled chicken mutters something.

*Boom*

Suddenly, the world seemed to start shaking, causing both Draco and Gold to fall to the ground.

"WHAT IS THIS?!" Gold immediately cries out, becoming desperate. He quickly crawls to hug Draconius' leg.

"Get away, you're messing up my scales! This is just my body about to be born." With a disgusted expression due to the mucus and tears, he shakes his leg, trying to get rid of the frightened chicken.

"We've been here for too long. I need to take care of things before looking for the location." Touching Gold's forehead, Draconius makes him disappear, and then he disintegrates from that space, leaving it empty and untouched again. ...

Traveling through the multiverse, a giant cracked egg accelerates towards an unknown location, like a magnet being drawn, protected and transported by a golden barrier.

Suddenly, the egg, which was shaking occasionally, began to emit a white light from the cracks in its surface, illuminating the void around it.

*Crack*

The cracks started to increase until the top of the egg was broken, releasing a golden liquid and revealing a majestic dragon, three meters long. Its scales resembled a painting of the universe, with colorful lines adorning its appearance, and horns that exuded majesty.

"ROAR!" With a roar, it announced its birth to the multiverse.

The surrounding universes began to shine with multicolored lights, and beams of light were sent to the dragon's body as if congratulating and sending gifts for the birth of an emperor.

...

Nearby, within a universe shaped like a skull burning a black flame darker than the void itself and releasing a strange smoke...

A meeting was starting in the imperial palace of an abandoned capital with not a single living soul wandering around. The place was a massive hall that seemed to be the only place still lit and habitable in the imperial city.

Four individuals with bizarre and dark appearances sat at a table made of precious metals and filled with crystals that further adorned it. The remaining eleven seats were empty.

"The birth of a cosmic god!" A 3-meter skeleton dressed in a black mage robe, holding a staff with a black eye with a red-pupiled iris at the top, exclaimed with a hoarse voice. The red flames in his hollow eyes oscillated along with his emotions.

"Should we change plans and try to convince this god to join us?" A bizarre floating octopus emitted a feminine voice. She had purple skin with various black veins, giving her an eerie appearance, and completely violet eyes, with dark tentacles that sometimes released yellow pus.

"Don't be crazy. Now that we're finally finalizing the plans, if this god is of justice and interferes, we're screwed!" A man with blond hair styled back yelled at the irritated octopus. He seemed the most human in the place with his suit, but his cadaverous white face, crimson red eyes, and fangs revealed his inhuman side.

*Boom*

The octopus fell silent for a few seconds, but then it started emanating an immense murderous aura directed at the man, who also began preparing for a battle. The atmosphere grew tense, and the pair was gearing up for a fight.

"Calm down, everyone!" An old demon suddenly spoke from the head of the rectangular table, interrupting the quarrel. He had black skin, long horns, and green snake eyes that, along with his extremely long beard, gave him the appearance of a frightening ancient monster in his red armor.

"HUM!" The pair immediately retracted their auras, grumbling unhappily. The old demon seemed respected by both.

He rose from his chair, looked at the glass-domed ceiling showing the blood-red starry sky, and walked back and forth while the others stared.

'I've witnessed some births of these cosmic gods, but it's the first time one doesn't come with a strong aura that I need to kneel to receive.' The demon thought, recalling the countless books he had read, as the others watched.

"Remember! Inform all members to send subordinates to hunt any extraordinary creature. This absence of aura means that the creature has extremely low combat power!" Like a light bulb turning on, the old demon's face seemed to light up with a newly discovered greed. Taking a pause, he noticed that the three members were preparing to launch an attack.

"Don't try to hide anything from us, old man. We only respect you because you have a lot of information, but don't think we'll be manipulated so easily!" The vampire spoke, claws growing from his nails. The other two individuals nodded in agreement.

Sensing that the three were about to release their respective most powerful attacks, he clicked his tongue, raised his arms in surrender, saying, "Tch... inform everyone that whoever captures this creature can become infinitely stronger and conquer the ultimate leader of our faction."

As he finished, everyone widened their eyes in astonishment, but this millisecond of distraction was enough for the old man to disappear from the view of the three.

"Damn!" Without waiting for another second, everyone disappeared, leaving the place empty and lifeless again. ...

In a completely spherical universe shining with enchanting golden light...

At the top of the 1000 floors of the tallest modern building in the heroic metropolis, one of the largest meetings of all time was taking place. Fifteen chairs were occupied around a round table in a typical air-conditioned office room.

"Should we immediately search for this new entity that has just been born to either join us or eliminate it if it's evil?" A muscular man with short hair and brown eyes spoke, wearing a golden armor that made him look like a fairy tale hero.

"It's a supreme cosmic god! I believe it must be weak or has some supreme support ability that balanced its strength. We should find it immediately!" An old man dressed in a white tunic spoke, with white wings emanating unparalleled purity and a halo above his head.

"Why not just kill it and use the materials obtained to strengthen the organization?" Another bald old man with an eye on his forehead suggested, with a greedy smile. He wore a red robe, making him look like a monk.

"Don't be foolish! If such a being isn't killed, we'll create an enemy worse than we currently have. You Trimatia always think you're the big shots who can defeat such a being. Be careful not to be extinct, HAHAHA!" A dwarf shouted at the three-eyed old man. The dwarf wore silver plate armor and had a gigantic shield next to his chair.

"Bastard!" The bald man cursed but chose to remain silent to avoid a fight with the eccentric dwarf.

"We can use a tamer's spell to tame this creature and make it a pet. After all, we can't let such a creature roam freely, potentially causing chaos wherever it wants!" A young woman with blue skin raised her hand and spoke. Wearing a purple cloak, her long black hair, long eyelashes, and green eyes gave her an exotic beauty.

"As we haven't decided yet, let's first focus on locating this unknown entity. After that, we'll have another meeting to decide its fate. Does everyone agree?" A book with a face on the cover suddenly spoke with a smile, floating above the chair it occupied.

All beings there nodded in agreement.

"Then sign this contract. Once the location is found, or the entity is captured, the person must do nothing but summon the meeting and bring everything to this location." Finishing speaking, the book spit out a piece of paper that everyone dripped a drop of blood on, sealing the contract.

Immediately, everyone disappeared from the location, leaving the meeting room empty.

...

At the Multiversal Tree...

"Finally, announce that the time has come!" An elf with long hair and green eyes, possessing a perfect face, opened her eyes and spoke loudly. She could be considered one of the most beautiful beings among humanoid races.

"As you wish, Priestess!" Several elderly-looking elves bowed and then withdrew from the location.

...

A multiversal race to capture, locate, kill, or even worship had begun around the phenomenon of the birth of a supreme cosmic god.
