Chapter 18 - A battle against Yin and Yang. [2]

"Haruka I am going to rescue you!" The dog was the only one left in the cave. He was sorry, but he had to prioritize his master's life. He ran towards Haruka, who was still floating in the air with the chains she was tied to. Stopped them from flying all the way to the cave deck.

He jumped high in the air towards his master, but when he was a mere three meters away from her, He felt like he had jumped right into an electronic world. After feeling it, he saw it clearly: three meters around her was a red barrier that stopped him from reaching her. He tried it many times; he jumped against it and launched attacks against it, but nothing worked.

Taro, stop it; you are going to kill yourself!" Haruka screamed against her soul bond; she was prepared with everything. dying, suffering, but not losing her Taro. The one who was, in the end, the only one who was always on her side.

"No, I won't except that I will find away, even if I have to jump throw that barrier as a corps!" He was too afraid of all this. If he had searched for her right away, things could have turned out way better. He was afraid, but nothing could stop him now. He had no clue why Hideo split himself into black and white versions of himself or how powerful they were. But one thing was sure: The other two risked their lives in a fight for someone they never even talked to. So why shouldn't he be able to put his life on the line for his master?

"I will help you no matter what!"

---

The Yang warrior that looked like a black version of Hideo I got into the starting position of a runner and stared at Thanatos. However, Thanatos noticed that there was something wrong with this position. He was much deeper. Not like a runner in a 100-meter sprint. He looked like a predator that was ready to go at any moment and maul his prey. By the time he realized that, it was already too late.

The Yang warrior used all of the strength in his legs and lounched himself forward. He collided with Thanato's body like a cannonball and sent him flying again. Thanatos hit a rock and fell to the floor. He got back on his knees and spat blood on the ground. He could clearly see how his blood was spilled right in front of him. He looked up and saw the Yang warrior throwing a powerful punch at him. Before he was hit, he turned the green-black energy that still existed as a gas in the air into liquid and washed his hand away with it. With a second movement of his hand, he peeled his entire body away.

When the Yang warrior rose, he was trapped in the liquid like a bubble. The liquid solidified, and spikes ripped through his body. The Yang Warrior turned back to white smoke and regrouped, which Thanatos was already anticipating. He stood behind him and grabbed the Yang warrior by the neck, pinning him to the ground.

"Death Art: Body Bomb." Thanatos jumped back in the blink of an eye. A massive explosion occurred. The body reformed itself, but now something was different; he lost his left arm. The explosion was a success. He managed to damage him, and to no surprise, the blood that splashed out of him was also white.

Thanatos grabbed his sword, and the green-black energy became fluid again. He dashed forward and aimed straight at the head of the Yang warrior. The Yang warrior could only dodge the blade but not the green-black energy. She became a blade and cut off his arm.

He had no arms and no strength to continue. His most primitive instinct was triggered, and he said, "Run." No matter what race, no matter what person—human, animal, demon, angel, or giant—in the situation of death, you feel your powerlessness. Everyone runs for their lives like a little child. He was just too weak. He could dissolve, flash, flame, or rock. He could fire everything at him, but it wasn't enough. He put all his strength into his legs and jumped away. It was difficult for him to keep his balance, and he ran. Although he was able to stop the bleeding with the death arts, he could not repair the disgrace.

"Ahhh, why, why?" The fate of the Yin Warroir wasn't better. Its speed and durability didn't add up at all. He kept attacking Morgana. But when he was seconds away from reaching her, one of the spheres came towards him. They prevented every attack. He didn't know what would happen to him if he got trapped in one of those spheres. But had no desire to find it out. (I changed the name from balls to spheres.)

Morgana's abilities, which she inherited from her Soulsycle, could change anything that was inside the spheres. When an attack hits them, it gets swallowed by them and changed the way Morgana wants it. Better said, everything that is inside the spheres can be put together again however she wants. No matter if it is a person, an animal, air, or bacteria, everything can be changed and used for her adventure. However, there were some restrictions. She could not create life in them, create objects with special properties, or anything like that. She could only take things apart and put them back together. Creating a sword was easy and possible, but giving it the ability to shrink everything that got hit by it was impossible. Thanaots already knew about her abilities; they talked about them when they were on the way to earth. Right before their mission.

She turned the air that was in the spheres into blades that fell from the sky, and so the Yin warrior also lost his legs.

The warrior was unable to run, so he could only crawl. It crawled as fast as possible and managed to get away for a few dozen meters. But soon Morgana coughed it up and was ready to kill it.

When suddenly.

Morgana, watch out!" Thanatos screamed at Morgana, and shortly she saw why. The armless Yang warrior jumped right at her. He kicked her, and the kick hit her completely. She hadn't expected an attack and had to take the full force of the attack. She was thrown back a few feet, allowing the Yang warrior to touch the Yin warrior. The Yin warrior grabbed his leg.

"Death Art: Yin-Yang Fusion."

Both warriors said a black-and-white energy left their bodies. Morgana and Thanatos couldn't see them anymore. The only thing that was visible was an energy that formed the shape of the Yin-Yang sign.

The energy disappeared slowly, but the two of them saw afterward that they weren't two badly wounded warriors. That looked like a black-and-white version of Hideo. It was a person. A man who looked like Hideo, but his left side was completely white and his right side was completely black. The warriors became one. A yin-yang symbol began to form on Hideo's solar plexus. Its shape became clearer and clearer. After the sign was completely visible, he opened his mouth and said it with a proud fervor.

"Now you're fucked."
