Aldrich immediately flared up his mana, as he appeared behind Marissa, trying to land a kick on her neck, but she easily stopped the kick using her hand, as Aldrich stepped back, punching the ground, hoping to break Marissa's balance.
But Marissa replied with a stomp of her own, as the two mana's clashed under the ground and dissipated, stopping Aldrich's attack midway.
"Is that all you got boy?", she smirked.
Aldrich took out his twin swords, as Aria and Carl noticed that they look more elegant and beautiful than before.
Aldrich appeared in front of Marissa, launching a barrage of thrusts, aiming to land one of the hits, but Marissa gracefully deflected them using her sword.
Aria and Carl closely watched the fight, not wanting to fall behind Aldrich.
"Its going to be tough for your friend, Marissa is a new recruit, but she was famous for being a demon in the Emperor's army. ", the receptionist said.
