Blair's POV
I awaken to the feel of a very heavy thud coming from somewhere in the darkness of the room. Frantic and disorientated, I look all around the dark room to find a lamp or the light switch. I have no idea where I was or how I got there and a few minutes of feeling around the bed I was currently lying on was all it took for me to realise that I wasn't familiar with the room I was in. My chest tightens up in anticipation as I hear a light footstep getting closer to me. I shut my eyes as I brace myself for an inevitable hit, but instead, I feel lights flood the room and penetrate through my eyelids. A pair of arms wraps around me and I go into full panic mode, trashing around and whimpering. I wanted to scream so badly, but the fear of being hit kept me in check.
"Blair?" A rather familiar voice calls out to me.
"Blair, it's me. I'm sorry." I'm finally able to recognise the voice, but I keep my eyes shut as I relax into the embrace and allow myself to calm down.
