[Somewhere outside of New York City.]

In this city was desolate and destroyed. Like the rest of the world, the city was filled with rubble and a unhealthy amount of dust flowing through the air.

From the start, the sky was grey and filled with dark and place coloured clouds, and this area was no different. The grey sky was a symbol of misery, misfortune and lost of hope of all the Earth's people.

America have many cities and this was also one of them. It's name is 'Garvin' City.

[Garvin City.]

Known by all of the residents of the globe, Akumas have the whole world and is the most known danger to humanity. These creatures lurked and lingered everywhere and anywhere. All cities knew had these abominable monster.

Except this one.

There was neither human, animals or creature in this city. It was lonely and desolate. Because of this, it looked underdeveloped. And that wasn't going to change anytime soon.

The crumbled buildings, houses, stores, etc, made it simple and easy to see through and within them. That gave no privacy on one or thing that was visible inside. That gave more proof that nothing inhabited here. It was like there was inc a rampage that stormed through the city that killed and destroyed everything in sight and then later left swiftly without leaving a trace, except their destruction.

*VROOM!!!*

A black car with orange and clear, white headlights, and red and reddish-pink lights, drove in a straight path, leaving a bright scarlet red light trailing behind it.

[7:59pm.]

The current time was 7:59pm in the night. So the headlights of the dark coloured car were on. They illuminated the path ahead and what it ventured in.

All the windows were rolled up, and they were dark and un-see-through glass, which made it impossible to see within. As a result, the driver and the passengers unseen. And the darkness didn't add any help or improved the situation. It only added a camouflage to the vehicle.

*VROOOM!!!*

The camouflaged vehicle than blazed away in the night. It summoned loud and frightening noises as it drove away at max speed.

[8:30pm.]

It was now currently 8:30pm. The atmosphere was cooled and chilling.

The camouflaged vehicle was halted infront of a building.

This one was unusual and unique, but it had a few similarities like the other buildings and structures.

The building was a skyscraper that was reaching towards the gloomy clouds. Moss and wild weed surrounded the floor bottom, while the vines climbed up the structure like spiders.

The unique and unusual thing was about this building was the cracks and crumbled areas of the building were either layered with steel from mostly the inside and some on the outside of the building.

*Open*

One single figure stepped out one of the doors of the black car that the person opened. It was from the rear passengers area. When the person then exited and closed the door.

*Close*

Later the other three doors opened and closed, with only one person exiting.

*Close, Close, Close*

"Ugh," a male figure scoffed in boredom and misery. "Why didn't we carry Antonio for the ride?"

Another male figure, with a calm and soft tone to his voice, answered the other males inquiry, "Because Zach, if we were to bring both you and Antonio along in the journey, it would have been too noisy. Besides, your more reliable than Antonio and Antonio is less reliable than you."

"Whatever," said Zach with a hint of rebellious nature imprinted in his voice. He then glanced up and down at the building that stood tall infront of him.

He inquired, "Where are we and what's this place?"

"We are in Garvin City," a feminine voice answered with a great hint of wisdom. "And you'll find out the rest one we're all inside."

"You could just tell him, Maki, instead of making him piss his own pants because of anticipation," said a rough, but silent tone voice.

"Shut up, Sean," said Maki scornful, but with a hint of acknowledgement.

"Let's go in before it gets too cold for my liking," the leading figure male instructed with a small hint of urgency.

Zach then inquired with a large hint of concern, "Uhh.. how though??"

Like the cracks in the building that were sealed by steel from either the inside or the outside, the should-be-entrance was cleanly sealed in the middle of the crack. In the center was a crest. It was fashioned into a sun.

*Step, Step, Step, Step*

The leading figure began to walk towards the door, leaving his companions behind.

"Huh?" Zach inquired as his leader walked away towards the building.

*Step, Step, Step*

*Pause*

The leader had finally reached the front of the building. He peered at the crest in the middle, before lift his palm to his waist and rested it on the sun.

*Click*

With that, a cube with a screen on the front came from the wall. The object was lined up with the leaders face.

Suddenly, a bright red beam shot out of the screen and hit the leaders left pupil. After a while, the red beam of light then dissipated.

*Open!!*

Abruptly, the metal seal split in half and opened. The noise what was made by it was a soft screech.

Soon, the entire metal gate was wide open.

Inside was a large and boisterous domain of light. The white and clear light from inside shined outside, clearing a wide area of the path that the outsiders stood on. Gradually, the light spread and vanquish the darkness from the outsiders faces.

The three that stood behind the leader was identified as Maki, Sean and Zach.

[Maki Kuwobasa.]

[Sean McFarland.]

[Zach Wickham.]

The light shined on the leader and extinguish the darkness crowding him. As a result, the identity of the leading male was revealed as well.

It was Kuwobasa.

[Akira Kuwobasa.]

"What are you guys waiting on?" Kuwobasa inquired with a dull, but calm expression. "Come on in."

As commanded, Maki and Sean walked forward.

Zach though was still in awe and hesitation. So, he inquired, "Uhh.. are you guys sure that this is the right place??"

While walking, Maki did a 90° degree turn, but continued walking in the same direction. She than answered Zach inquiry, with a mocking undertone, "Of course not, genius."

"What?" Maki inquired. "Are you a dunce? You thought we would walk into a place uninvited, while we were unprepared?!"

"Uhh...?" Zach said. His mind was in deep thought, but for some reason, all the right words weren't connecting together.

"No, idiot!" Maki exclaimed with a fake frown on her face.

"Argh!" Zach groaned with a raising anger and annoyance.

Sean, Maki and Kuwobasa had already entered the building. Zach was the odd one out. He was stomping his way towards the entrance, because he was pissed odd by Maki's comments.

*Move!!*

Suddenly the gate began to close.

In a fright, Zach began to sprint towards the entrance.

While he ran, he repeated in his head, "(Crap, crap, crap, crap, crap..!!)"

"Hurry up, Molly Zack!" Maki exclaimed while tainting Zach.

The gate was just about to close. But before the closed fully, Zach slide through the small crack in the middle of the gate and managed to reach in.

"Phew!" Zach said with a sigh of relief. "I thought I wasn't going to make it or be crushed in the middle of the wall.."

*Slap!*

Maki hand then connected to Zach's back, whom was using his knees to rest the rest of his weight. A echo blasted out into the boisterous expansion. But soon the sound disappeared in the noise of the many passerbys.

Maki then said, "I think it would be better if you had just died."

"Awwoo, that hurt my back and my heart," said Zach in a utmost serious tone, but dramatic demeanor.

"So.." Zach began to saw, while looking into the boisterous domain. "What's with all these people? I thought you said the place we are going to had no one living there?"

"Yes," said Kuwobasa, while staring into the loud and energetic crowd as well. "All these people don't live here.

They came here, Zach. Just like us."

"Ohh," said Zach with a hint of realization.

Sean then inquired, "Where should we go?"

"Leave that to me," Kuwobasa said. "Right now I'm looking for my champion."

"Champion?" Maki inquired. "Oh, you mean that Ken guy? They should have him locked up here in a basement..." she said while glancing at Zach.

"What??!" Zach inquired in response of Maki's glance.

"HELLO ALL VISITORS!! PLEASE HEAD TO THE LOWER IMMEDIATELY, BECAUSE THE FIRST MATCH IS ABOUT TO BEGIN SOON!!" An announcement said with a feminine voice. It unexpected arrival made some jump in fright.

Kuwobasa turned to his group and said, "You heard the loud lady. Let's go to the lower floor."

Zach then inquired, "How?"

".. You ask to much questions."
