"So, mind explaining what just happened?" Alice immediately asked when we arrived home. I smiled and pulled her onto the sofa, then placed her on my lap with her hands around my neck.
"Well, to make it simple, I have implemented an array, or you could call it an alarm. So, when unknown people or enemies enter Forks or our territory, we will be aware, and we can stay one step ahead of them."
"What about the dogs? Can they mess with your things?" Alice asked.
"No, no one but me can do anything about it, so don't worry about that."
"Why?" Alice asked again.
I put on a serious face and said, "Do you remember earlier when we were at the mall?"
She nodded, and I continued, "I am sure that the staring I felt from before was real. Someone is spying on me..."
"Have you had any visions today?" I asked her.
"No, I haven't." She frowned.
"Hmm... whoever it is, we'll be ready. And also, tomorrow, tell your family about what happened tonight."
Alice nodded, and after that, we enjoyed ourselves for the rest of the night and went to bed.

-Third Pov-
We can see that the Cullens were having a meeting in their living room, each of them wearing serious expressions.
"Are you sure, Mikael?" Carlisle asked.
"100%."
"Haha, I think you're just overreacting, bro," Emmett said while laughing.
"Yeah, I'm sure it's just your feeling because we didn't see or feel anything different yesterday," Thea chimed in.
"No, I trust him," Edward, who knows nothing because he wasn't there yesterday, suddenly said.
Meanwhile, Mikael, who is leaning against the wall, shrugged, while Alice, beside him, had her hand around his hand.
"What about the Quileute? Did they say anything?" Carlisle asked Mikael again, and Mikael simply shook his head.
"Should we tell them?" This time, Jasper asked.
"We should. I'll call Billy and arrange a meeting between us," Carlisle answered, while standing up and going to his office.
A few moments later, he came out of his office and said, "Alright, we'll meet them in the afternoon."
"And, I'll be going with Mikael."
After he said that, everyone asked why, especially Alice. She strongly disagreed with his decision.
"We're not going to fight. We just want to have a talk. Besides, I want the rest of you to be prepared if something ever happens to us." Everyone nodded in agreement, except Alice.
Alice then looked at Mikael with concerned eyes. He smiled at her and kissed her on the forehead, and said, "Don't worry..."

( Later that afternoon - Third Pov )
A car can be seen heading towards La Push, with two men in the car. One of them was pale and blond, wearing a serious expression, while the other had long black hair and normal white skin, wearing a leisurely and relaxed expression.
They then reached the border and immediately, among the trees, there was movement. It was fast, and there were a lot of them.
Carlisle then looked at Mikael with a frowning expression and said, "Don't worry, we'll be fine."
'Shouldn't I be the one who said that to you?' Mikael thought, amused, as he looked out the window and observed the movements.
A few moments later, they arrived at their destination with a crowd waiting for them. They walked out of the car and approached the crowd who observed them.
Then, from the crowd, two people emerged: one in a wheelchair and the other pushing it. The person in the wheelchair wore a smile on his face, while the one pushing him had a scowl.
"Billy, Jacob."
Carlisle extended his hand, and Billy received it.
"Carlisle, and..."
"This is our newest member of the family, Mikael," Carlisle said, and Mikael nodded at them.
Then suddenly, from the woods, emerged a pack of wolves that were "escorting" them from the border before.
"Please, this way," Billy said to them, and a moment later, they arrived at a campfire. Carlisle and Mikael chose to remain standing.
Before the meeting begins, Mikael said, "Can we talk like civilized people?" while looking at the pack.
They growled at him, but Billy stopped them, "Sam..."
The one with the black color looked at Billy and growled at him. They went into the woods for a moment and came back in their human form, fully clothed.
They approached the campfire while glaring at Mikael and Carlisle. Some of them then sat around the campfire, and one of them stood behind them.
Mikael looked at Carlisle and nodded. He then moved forward and said, "We're here to warn you."
"What do you mean!?" the one who stood behind the pack said with a heavy voice.
"Sam..." Billy once again tried to calm him down.
Mikael looked at Sam and said, "Before we continue, do you remember some nomadic vampires who came to Forks a few months ago?"
"We didn't see them, but we were aware of their presence. However, after that, their smell suddenly disappeared."
"We then detected a flowery scent that we had never encountered before, which originated from your territory. Based on this, we concluded that it was your doing. Were we correct?"
Mikael smiled while nodding his head and said, "Indeed, I was the one who killed those nomadic vampires."
Suddenly, the tribe, including the pack, wore a confused expression.
"Wasn't them one of your kind?" This time Jacob said.
Carlisle stepped up and said, "They were our kind, yes, but they're not our family."
The tribe nodded in understanding, then Mikael continued his explanation.
"The reason why we were here is to warn you that maybe, in the near future, there will be some nomadic vampires that come to our territory,"
"Then why don't you just warn us there when you put something on the border of our territory?" Sam asked Mikael.
Mikael smiled and looked at him. "Because I know you're not the one who makes the decisions for your tribe."
Suddenly, his pack members stood up and were about to pounce on Mikael, but fortunately, they were saved by Billy and Sam themselves.
They were saved? Indeed, if they were to pounce on Mikael right then and there, the tribe would have been wiped out of existence.
"Besides, I'm doing you guys a favor. That 'thing' I put between our territory was an array, or you could say it was an alarm. Once an outsider of unknown origins comes to Forks, I will be the first one to notice. Then we'll contact your elders and share the information."
The tribe then began a discussion of their own, and after a couple of minutes, Billy approached Carlisle and Mikael with Jacob pushing him.
"Thank you for the warning, we'll be sure to remember this," Billy said, smiling at them.
Carlisle smiled at Billy and nodded. After that, Carlisle and Mikael excused themselves.
