Georgina's POV
At 4 p.m., I had just left class with Rebecca and another friend named Joanna. We walked down the metallic corridor and occasionally passed other students who often focused their gaze on my slightly bulging belly. Of course, this makes me feel uncomfortable because maybe they are still curious about how I got into a condition like this but they don't dare ask because the professor or the campus has asked them not to make an issue of my condition.
"Are you alright?"
Rebecca's question distracted me. "Yeah, I'm fine," I said worriedly. "I just feel they are being fake," I said again.
Rebecca immediately looked back as I continued walking while carrying my black bag.
