I opened my eyes to realize I was in the hospital, but I couldn't remember how I got there in the first place.
I disconnected the drip and the huge peg on my finger before making my way out of the hospital. I was able to get in contact with Kiara, and she informed me that Leon was the one who took me to the hospital, and it kind of stirred up a feeling in me. It's almost three months since we last met after our drastic argument, and I've been contemplating what I felt towards him.
I was still unsure if it was the same love I had for him in my past life or the sudden hatred I had developed for him for the past few years. So, I decided to take a break from our so-called marriage, even though Butterfly insisted I shouldn't. Speaking of Butterfly, I haven't spoken to her for the past few days. It was as if she was also taking a break from me.
"Donna, this is what you asked for," Scorpion said, handing me a box. Now, back to the matter at hand.
