Adelia let out a sigh for what seemed like the hundredth time since she had left her chambers.
She carried herself down the hall, the servants littered around the castle eyeing the numerous bows she had in her possession as she walked past.
A wry smile curled her lips as she stepped out through the imposing front doors, making her way towards the training grounds.
'The fact that I'm carrying so many longbows to the training grounds will surely reach Father's ears soon...' She thought and let out yet another sigh. 'Those foolish maids never know when to keep their mouths shut.'
She glanced down at the load she was having; it wasn't heavy for her, not in the least. Still, she wished Meryl was here to help with the quivers at least.
It felt strange not having the wolf by her side for practice; it was the only living creature in the castle that could truly understand and indulge her.
