So after Zuri had fetched the herbs, she went into the royal kitchen and brewed tea for the prince and Jessica's visitor. Her mind was occupied with thoughts on who the humans might be. But she knew there was no way her father would leave Bellmare to Transmere even though a part of her wished he had done that and was among the visitors that had come to Transmere. Zuri shook her head as if dispelling the wishful thinking as she covered the mugs and headed for the prince's chambers.
Jaden was already lying down with his eyes closed when she entered the chambers. He had left the door open but that wasn't unusual for the prince, so Zuri just walked in and set the tea on the marble table at the side of his bed.
"Thank you," he muttered. "You can have a sit…" he said while he sat up on the bed.
"The princess' tea for her visitor…" Zuri said with a worried expression on her face.
