I directly click on yes curious as to what this new quest might be, this far I've only seen one quest so I don't know what the system's quests might look like.

Befriending the protagonist: (Difficulty F/ duration: 7 days left)
Description:
Help raku find his precious pendant and befriend him

Looking at the quest and the reward made my eyes widen, those rewards were 10 times better than the ones I got from the beginners daily mission. Just looking at this quest made me love raku way more bahahahaha.
This sudden notification nearly made me forget about my objective, I hurriedly went towards where Kosaki told me the principal's office was.
Chitoge was already talking to him once I arrived so I waited till she was done and went there to sign the necessary papers and talk about my transfer
"Congratulations for officially becoming a student of bonyari high school, and I'm deeply sorry for what happened to your parents." The principal said with a sorry face.
"Thank you." I replied shortly, which he understood as me being sad about the mention of my parents but the truth was totally different, I had no actual relationship with those parents who just died, and I forgot what my family was like in my past life so I'm good living on my own.
After a few minutes all the paper work was finally done with.
[Congratulations on obtaining a new job, "student of Bonyari high school"] I received a sudden system notification but was too busy to look at it for now and simply headed out of the principal's office.
The principal sent me and chitoge towards our class which coincidentally was the same but while she was looking at me on the way, probably curious about the other transfer student she never heard about, I was busy reading the description of this new job.

I never expected to have such a nice surprise by simply joining this new high school, during this whole week I kept wondering if it was really necessary since I had no actual obligation to come but when you add to that the new quest I received earlier, joining this high school really wasn't a waste.
I was suddenly taken out of my dazed state by chitoge who signaled to me that we arrived in front of the class, luckily the gorilla was only violent with raku and didn't seem to have any hostility towards me.
Soon enough we heard the teacher tell us to enter so I went in after chitoge and stood at the front of the class, chitoge started introducing herself first, she did the same perfect little presentation as in the anime, I couldn't notice any difference.
"What's that female barbarian doing here!!??" A yell came from the back of the class, and it was from none other than raku
"What??? Who are you calling a female barbarian??" Chitoge replied yelling just as loudly
"You kneed me in the face this morning!!" Raku kept going despite all my new classmates being shocked at this discussion.
"Well I apologized didn't I?"
"That doesn't fix anything!!"
"You're just playing victim!!!"
They both kept yelling higher than the other with each argument and since I knew from the anime that this arguing was never ending I decided to stop it myself.
*cough* "nice to meet you everyone, my name is Amon Daisetsu, 15years old and it's my first time living in Japan so I hope to get along with all of you." I introduced myself loud enough to make the two troublemakers stop fighting.
"You can sit there Amon." The teacher showed me an empty seat near the middle of the class and gave me a grateful look for stopping the argument.
"Raku will be looking after Chitoge since they seem to know each other already so who want to look after Amon?" Raku was about to complain but this time the teacher launched him an angry gaze that was enough to shut him up.
Suddenly a shy looking girl with brown hair and eyes raised her hand which surprised the whole class
"Kosaki? You want to look after Amon?" Those words woke up Raku as he looked very surprised at kosaki
"Yes miss, we know each other a bit..." Those words surprised the whole glass and made them look between me and her with suspicion clearly written all over their faces. My hopes of not catching too much intention immediately vanished.
After that the class went well even if I had to ignore the jealous look on Raku's face as well as the curious looks of all our classmates, having a foreign transfer student would of course make them curious, especially that unlike chitoge who would look Japanese if not for her blonde hair and blue eyes, my whole skin color and features didn't look very Japanese.
After the end of the class Chitoge went to fight with raku again, I tried to get closer to hear what they were talking about.
"Do you know that cause of you I lost my pendant??"
"Can you stop complaining for one second?"
Seems like they weren't ready to stop at any moment, but I need to find a way to go help Raku without sounding suspicions, and that's when the perfect reason appeared.
"What are you guys talking about?" kosaki joined in the conversation and Raku explained the situation to her about how he lost his pendant and how important it was to him.
"Hey you're called Raku right? Do you want me to help you search for your pendant?" I joined in the conversation and tried to act as natural as possible.
"Wha! Oh! It's you Amon! You don't need to bother with that, why would I ask you to help me even though it's that violent gorilla who is at fault?" As soon as Raku said that a punch came flying into his right arm making my go down on his knees from the pure power of the punch. What does she eat to be this strong? Or is Raku just very weak?
I laughed awkwardly while looking at the scene in front of me and replied to him.
"Don't worry about it, Kosaki already helped me a lot so I'd be very happy to be able to help her friend. Let's look for it together, I don't have anything else to do anyway." After I said that Kosaki looked at me gratefully which made me feel a bit guilty since I was only using her as an excuse.
I then proposed for all of us to go have lunch together, shu maiko and Ruri miyamoto also joined us around some tables we put together in the class to eat together, I then took out my lunch that I bought from the school's cafeteria.
"Hey Chitoge why did you end up coming back to Japan? How was life in America?" Kosaki asked while trying to lighten the mood after what happened.
"Well I simply always follows my parents around which is why I ended up here, and I didn't really prefer America, even there I always moved schools."
"Ohh yeah I understand, what about you Amon?" Seems like this time it was my turn huh, unfortunately I didn't feel like talking much about my life since it doesn't even feel like mine.
"Well you can say it's basically the same reason." I didn't know what to talk about since my current memories don't really feel like mine, even if I tried to talk about the past of this body I would just feel like I'm lying so I might as well make it short.
After that we kept having small talks in which I wasn't really invested but the duo of shu and Ruri were pretty interesting for sure, they were the ones I got along with the best.
The rest of the day went well and once all our classes were over I went to help out Riku and Chitoge to search for the pendant.

"Hey Amon you really don't have to push yourself that much" Riku looked at me worriedly after seeing how much efforts I was putting on searching for his pendant, even Chitoge was surprised at how much I was trying which made her feel a bit guilty.
"Hahaha don't worry Raku I just don't like doing things half heartedly" I said while smiling at him which made him change the way he was looking at me and feel some gratefulness mixed in with guilt which overrode his past jealousy.
....
If only he knew that the only reason I was so desperate was that I didn't want to lose out on the rewards from the quest...
