"Lieutenant Siddharth, can you explain why you did not obey the orders given by your superiors?"
One of the top three army officers interrogated the man with the broken arm on a wooden chair in front of him.
"If I had retreated following the order of the High Command that day, today a large part of our country would have been under the control of our enemies. As a soldier of my nation I can't tolerate enemies to take step on the land of my nation."
The guy seated on the wooden chair said with calm tone. He is not panic and anxious. He is confident and relaxed.
"Do you have to say anything else Lieutenant Siddharth?" The female Supreme officer said.
"I apologize for not following orders from high command and I'll accept any kind of punishment for my that mistake."
He said confidently and officers are impressed with his attitude and after consulting with each other they finally reached a conclusion.
"Lieutenent Siddharth, you did mistake by not following orders from high command but the step you took is proved good for nation and by considering it we decided to temporarily suspend you for next six months. After this six month you will rejoin Army as Captain Siddharth. Submit, your badge, gun and cap"
Siddharth stood up in attention and then two soldiers came and took gun, cap and badges from Siddharth's uniform and put them on a table respectfully.
"Jai hind " Siddharth said and saluted those supreme officers then with their permission he left the hall.
He got suspended but he is still keeping a calm smile on his face like he wants it. He started moving towards barracks and on the way all soldiers saluted him with respect from heart.
After coming back to barracks he went to his room and started packing his clothes and other stuffs.
After it he goes and stood in front of a Photo in which He is with other soldier. He smiled and saluted that soldier. Then he turn back and a female soldier saluted him.
He look at her name tag and then he said "Hey officer how can I help you?" He goes and then he opened the wardrobe and took out two advance hand guns and the he check the bullets in them.
"Siddharth Sir, Are you leaving base camp?" She asked hesitantly with nervousness on pretty face.
"Yes, the supreme officers temporarily suspended me for next Six months so I need to leave base. Are you here to only ask that?" He said while checking magazines of both pistols and then he put magzine in gun and point at that female soldier.
The female soldier got anxious for a second but then Siddharth winked and put the pistol both pistols on his waist. The female soldier took breatha and then Siddharth made two cups of coffee and passed one to that Soldier.
"Come and take seat, you don't have to be formal because I am not your superior for now. You can freely ask anything" Siddharth closed the wardrobe and then that female soldier came inside room and sat on a chair.
Siddharth sat on a table then he took out two hidden knives from shoe.
"Sir, I applied for two weeks leave but my application got rejected and..." She hesitate to say and pass a envelope towards Siddharth.
"You want me to sign your application so your application can pass?" Siddharth slightly lifted his left eyebrow.
"No I am not here to ask for your help to approve my application Actually this is for you. And please don't open it now. You can open it during your train journey. And Sir I need to tell you sometime so can I come closer?" She nervously asked and it made Siddharth look at her suspiciously.
He gave her permission to come close, the girl came closer to his ear and then when Siddharth is not looking at her she kissed him on cheek and left in hurry.
Siddharth was quite nervous after it when he turns back the girl already left the room. He turns back and smiled, then the female soldier slightly peeked at him and after giving a fly kiss when he is not looking there she left.
"Its first time when someone dared to trick me. But it's okay. My bag is ready, I am back my village" He said and then he carry his backpack and came out from room.
He just reached the waiting area that suddenly he got surrounded by many soldiers. He got slightly nervous but he kept calm expression on face.
"Why have you all surrounded me like this?" Siddharth asked in friendly tone.
Then Soldiers took out letters and put them inside a bagpack and gave it to Siddharth.
"We are here to give you these letters, if you don't mind can you..." A soldier and then Siddharth smiled and said.
"Got it, I'll deliver it to your family members first and then I'll go to my village. Are you all happy now?" Siddharth said and then all soldiers lifted him into air and started dancing in Punjabi style.
soon the bus arrived and then Siddharth sat bye and sat inside bus. The bus started moving. But suddenly Siddharth hear a soldier's voice and when he look out from window a soldier is running behind bus with a envelope in hands and after seeing it Siddharth came at back door.
The bus's speed is increasing but on time That soldier passed that letter to Siddharth and then he stopped and relaxed.
Siddharth again waved his hand in bye and sat on his seat. The civilians inside bus are quite happy after seeing it.
"Hey soldier congratulations" A girl sat beside him and said with smile. She extended her hand for handshake with Siddharth.
"Congratulations for what?" Siddharth asked and then that girl took out a photo and showed him. It is the photo of victory in war when soldier successfully took control over enemy's base camp. And Siddharth is also in that photo but injured.
"How you recognised me, because in this photo my face is covered in Black strips." Siddharth asked with curosity.
Then that girl took out her phone and showed her a video. That video is recorded in enemy's base's camera when Siddharth is fighting alone with enemy soldiers. Siddharth got slightly nervous after seeing it.
"Delete it, and where you got this?" Siddharth asked nervously and then that girl started questioning him.
"First of all let me introduce myself, Rupali Bhargav. A vlogger and travelling and sharing my travelling experience in video is my work" She said and the shake hands with Siddharth.
"I am Siddharth..." Rupali stopped Siddharth in middle of his introduction.
"The whole country knows that you are the brave soldier who killed and defeated enemy by killing them in there territory" She said while praising him.
"Don't strech it too far, Every soldier will do same if it is on my place. And I not did it for popularity so don't treat me like a hero" Siddharth said and turned his face towards window.
"But everyone in our country is praising you and you are our hero. Because of you we won this war" She said and then Siddharth got slightly angry.
"I am not the reason for this war's victory. But every soldier who lost his life, his arms and legs and served his nation are all the heros of our country. And I am just an ordinary soldier who is dedicated to serve his nation and those who lost their lives are real heroes." Siddharth said and then Rupali agreed.
