21 weeks...
Valerie answered the door, plastering a smile that looked to cheery to be true. "Welcome! Come in, come in." She stepped back, holding the door wider to allow them entry.
Trey went in first, his game face on. It was hard for him to walk past his wife into the house like she wasn't his date for the day - especially since she wasn't feeling okay. He scanned the hall, waiting for his ex - whom he was sure had been invited - to pop up when Valerie spoke up.
"The others are already on the beach at the back of the house," she said, closing the door after everyone had walked in. Trey nodded and walked off, leaving Alexandra confused.
