Alex got out of the shower at the Waylon Manor. It had already been over twelve hours since the bank robbery. He actually managed to see the Owl cave. It was a massive cavern underneath the manor. It was very well lit and had a turn table for his Owl mobile. He even saw the super computer and Owl costume storage. There was even a incomplete Owl plane. While it was super cool it wasn't really that different then the comics. It has a storage for his gadgets and vehicles. Even had a secret freight elevator that Bruce made and installed himself. It leads to a inconspicuous room in the Waylon Manor that was hidden behind a fireplace. That's how he got out and went back to bed.
Alfred took his costume for cleaning. He actually told him it be stored down there.He was now officially a Owl family member. Alfred still called him by his first name only though. Probably because he tracked in mud two more times in accident.
He was drying his hair and about to head down for breakfast when he remembered the mission about being a doctor. He hurried and dressed and rushed down stairs and into the dining room where Bruce was sitting.
" Hey don't forget your promise to hire me as a doctor at the hospital."
Bruce looked up at him and stared at him for a few moments. " I'm not sure I want a doctor at my hospital that can't even put his shirt on right"
"What? Ooohh.." Alex replied in confusion tell he looked down. His shirt was on backwards and inside out. He hurriedly fixed it and straighten back out. "You promise you'll do it today right?"
"I'll do it right now hold on" Bruce pulled out a cellphone and made a call " Hello is this Brad Weller director of Tobias Waylon Hospital? Ah good this is Bruce Waylon executive director. I need you to put a name into the Employee registration as a regular doctor. Yes. No there no need to set a pay or anything he won't really be working there it's just for a new director position for Incase I go missing. Yes his name is Alex Cartwright. Okay thank you. There you go kid. You're now a fake doctor. Hope that helps." Bruce said and got up and walked out.
Alex waited for a mission complete notification but nothing happened. His stomach growled so he decided to eat first. He took about ten minutes to finish his meal and was about to stand up when his system sent a notification.

Alex first checked the title since it changed. {Fake Doctor- Give title wielder a triple boost in healing skills. Allows Title holder to learn regular medical skills at a faster speed. If holder gets a real doctorate they will upgrade the title to Good Doctor.}
He then decided to click roll for skill. 70% chance to get tier two skill. 20% to get tier one skill. 10% to get a higher tier spell. He was a little put off that he could get a lower tier skill.
He rolled the first one a massive wheel started to spin.....
{ Goodberry healing spell- summons a spirit that bless your food. Can heal all physical damage done to the body as long as eater is alive. Certain foods can receive a greater boost.- Cost- unlimited mana can be used for a higher buff or to buff more food at once. Cooldown- 1 hour. It wasn't a horrible spell but Alex didn't know how great it would be. He remembered the goodberry plant he planted. He figured he try it on them when they matured.
He decided to roll again.
{ Lesser Restoration - Can restore and regrow small appendages. Heal organ damage and restore a body to is best shape. Cost- 800 mana per cast. Cooldown- 3 hours.
It was a great spell he could now regrow fingers, ears, noses, toes and organ damage.}
Spin again.
{ Mental shield- a active passive skill that allows host to have a passive skill against tier 4 and below mental skills. It can also be casted on allies for 30 minutes at the cost of 100 mana per cast.}
Alex realized this was a amazing skill. He wouldn't really have to worry about mental skills for a bit. He have to test it to see how effective it was but he knew mind control was a serious thing in this universe. He decided to roll the final skill.
{ Healing spirit- Summons a protective circle that surrounds the user and allies with a shield that slowly heals them can't be broken by physical damage until it dissipate after thirty seconds. Cost 150 mana per target. Cooldown- 5 minutes.}
This was actually a god tier skill. He would be invincible to melee damage when activated. If he had this in the fight with Liz and the unnamed Super strength robber. He would definitely be able to turn it around. He was very happy with the new skills. He even managed to get a passive one. They were much harder to get then actives. He actives his title and realized that it actually boosted his mental shield by one tier he was shielded up to tier 5 and below now. His other skills were also boosted but the description didn't change any. He decided to first go test all his new skills on Sparrow since he was still in a coma and Alex could tell Alfred was depressed about it since he would spend all his free time there. Also he figured it be nice to have a pain buddy for when Bruce beat his butt in the dojo. So he hurried upstairs to where sparrow was. It was time to awaken sleeping beauty.
