"Calm down, Alex; I'm here to help you stop what might happen. After all, it's one of the reasons we reincarnated you."
Xymaris said to the angered Alex in an attempt to calm him down.
"Let me explain. I, along with my sisters, wanted to both change the fate of Alex Blackwood and give you a second chance at life. In order to protect your newfound loving family You will have to do many things you could never imagine yourself doing in order to do so. Before we reincarnated you the other gods and goddesses wanted to treat you as an experiment, something to simply keep them entertained while they sat in their thrones. Myself and my sisters decided to kill two birds with one stone—to both keep us entertained and to accomplish our goal to change your fate. My sisters and I decided to give you our blessings in order to do just that. We will visit you when we think the time is right and give these blessings to you. However, be warned, your actions could draw the hero's attention, and if certain events take place as they are supposed to, he will be one of the few beings who can oppose you."
Alex started thinking things through. "I can change fate and save the lives of my family and myself from going down a road that leads to my death. But why would Xymaris and her sisters decide to bless me? What do they get out of it? I'm not completely sure I should trust Xymaris, at least not yet."
"Tell me, what benefit does changing fate serve you and your sisters?" Alex asked Xymaris.
" Can't we just want what's best for you? Xymaris asked
"In my previous life I learned quickly there is no such thing as a free meal. When someone gives you something that sounds too good to be true there's typically something else they want from you." Alex explained.
"Well you're not wrong. There are many reasons I want you to do this; some I won't reveal until later, but one reason I can tell you is because you're mine." Xymaris said with a smile on her face.
"Im yours? What the hell does that mean"? Alex thought to himself.
"It's really simple; you're my choice; I chose you to be sent into a new world with a new life. I convinced my sisters to agree to everything. Your life, your heart, and your very soul are mine." Xymaris sat up from her throne and walked towards Alex. "You may not realize that now, but soon you will."
"If this isn't a red flag, I don't know what is," Alex thought to himself. "What happened to the graceful goddess who occasionally teased me? Why is she now acting like a possessive girlfriend?"
"Uhm, Xymaris, what do you mean by that?" Alex asked the goddess who was standing next to him.
"Just trust the fact that I won't let any harm come to you, and let's leave it at that for now." She said this as she sat next to him.
Alex was nervous now; the goddess was showing him a new side of herself that he didn't expect at all.
"Now about your blessings, my blessing will come to you when you turn 10 years old; that is when you awaken to your magic. My blessing will assist you in growing your magic to greater heights, but only if you train alone. You can't reveal your true magic to anyone even your family, except one man." Xymaris said to Alex as she grabbed his hand. Alex didn't bother trying to loosen her grip and just went with it. After all, she was a goddess, and it's not like he could really put up much of a fight.
"What man?" Alex asked her. To him, it didn't make sense; his mother or sister couldn't see it, but a strange man could.
"This man will be of assistance in changing your fate; he doesn't know it yet, but you will learn everything he has to teach for four years. After that, you will have the ability to change your and your family's fates. As time goes by, my sisters will more than likely meet with you to give you their blessings. I tried asking them to allow me to give you their blessings myself, but they rejected that offer." Xymaris got a pouty look as she said that last sentence.
"Your sisters, who are they?" Alex asked Xymaris, who was still pouting.
"Well, we are triplets and live among the nine beings who watch over this world, all of us being gods and goddesses; my sisters are named Iris and Kiaris, and even though we look nearly identical, we have completely different personalities." Xymaris answered
"Nearly Identical? I thought you were triplets; shouldn't you look exactly the same?" Alex asked the goddess.
Well, yes and no, we look alike; however, we have certain different features like hair and eye color, and as I said, we also act differently, so I wouldn't call us Identical, would you?"
"No, not really, I guess." Alex said to Xymaris but also thought, "So there are three goddesses who will "bless me," as Xymaris put it. I wonder how differently they act."
"Now to give you my blessing." The Goddess said this as she cupped Alex's cheek.
Wait, you're giving it to me now? I thought you said it'd come when I was 10." Alex said blushing.
"It will show itself when you are 10, but I'm going to bless you now. After all, I have to beat my sisters to it." Xymaris said.
Xymaris proceeded to move Alex's head to her own. Meeting her lips with his. It was a passionate kiss as their tongues danced together. Both blushing profusely with their body temperatures rising. After about two minutes, the two separated with a string of saliva between their mouths. Alex's face completely blushed, and Xymaris breathing was heavy.
"You give all your blessings like that?" Alex asked, trying to get his thoughts together.
"No, just yours." Xymaris said still breathing heavy. "I could've just as easily touched your forehead to give you the blessing."
Alex managed to straighten himself up and get his head together. He didn't expect to make out with a goddess today, that's for sure.
Xymaris also straightened herself out but was still blushing while looking at Alex. "It's sadly time for our chat to end, my dear Alex."
Alex nodded, but before Xymaris started her spell, Alex asked her one last question. "Hey Xymaris, why does that Waterfall near my house look otherworldly to me?"
Xymaris laughed at his question. "I forgot that place was near where you live. In short, some time ago, I gave a blessing to that waterfall. It's a long story, so I won't get into it, but that would be why you feel so attracted to that place. After all, my blessings did give you a new life."
After Xymaris said those words, she began to chant, and Alex was sent back to his 3-year-old body.
The sunlight was peeking through the curtains. Alex looked over to his side, and his mother, still in her stunning black lace lingerie, was sleeping next to him, and all he could think to himself while blushing was
"Out of the frying pan and into the fire."
--------------------------Author's Note---------------------------
Hey everybody just wanted to let all of you know how thankful I am for all the views and collections my story has gotten. At the time of writing this Im nearing 50 collections and now passing 7000 views. Which is very shocking to me. Could be my non-existent self-confidence talking but I never expected to even get this much attention. Now I will let you know I have goals now. If i somehow reach 75 collections I do plan on creating the discord server I talked about when I first started to write this novel. It'll be a place where I can talk with you guys more about the novel and such. I will also drop character references so you guys kind of have a better idea what the characters look like. Now if by a miracle I reach 100 collections I will start a patreon. It would be purely optional and just there if any of you want to support me. I will include some benefits to doing so such as Early chapter releases and some other things( comment if you have any suggestions om what I should include). Also on the patreon I will allow certain tiers to make their own side characters to the story. They will have little if any impact to the story but your characters will exist in the novel. Thank you guys again truly.
