That night, while laying next to his sister Raven, however, he couldn't get one place off his mind.
The Waterfall.
Alex wanted to learn what Xymaris' blessing was, and that was the only place he knew that was connected to her. However, before he could get there, he had one challenge.
Sneaking out of the house.
He slowly and carefully moved out of Raven's grasp. He managed to avoid making any sounds that could wake up Raven. He got out of bed and looked at Raven.
"If she wakes up, I'm going to be in so much trouble." Alex thought to himself.
Before he leaves the room, he bends over and kisses Raven on her forehead.
"Sweet dreams, sis." He said extremely softly.
He managed to slip out of the door quietly and walk down the hall.
"Okay, Mom and the maids should hopefully be asleep, so this should be easy." Alex thought.
However, as soon as he got to the main room, he learned he was wrong.
A beautiful blue-haired maid was in the kitchen, which was connected to the main room, doing some late-night cleaning.
"Dammit Veronica, why now of all times?" Alex muttered softly.
Alex, knowing there was no easy route, now moved silently across the main room, making sure to keep one eye on Veronica at all times and, when her head turned to the main room, hide behind the furniture.
In Alex's most epic game of red light, green light against Veronica, he hid behind the couch, the table, and the counter in order to escape out the door; however, his escape did not go unnoticed.
"Be safe, young master." Veronica said it under her breath with a small smile.
Alex traveled back to the waterfall, which was as glistening as ever. He wondered how he could summon Xymaris. "She said she blessed the waterfall a long time ago, so I wonder...." he thought.
Alex quickly undressed into his shorts and sat inside the lake that was connected to the waterfall.
"Now let's hope this works." Alex said.
He sat in the water for about twenty minutes, and nothing happened.
"Well, this was a mistake." he said as he started to get up and leave.
"Aw, Are you leaving already?" a familiar voice said teasingly.
Alex turned in the direction he heard the voice, and what he saw was something he never expected to see in his life.
Xymaris was sitting in the water, but she had nothing to cover her body. Everything was revealed—well, the parts that weren't blurred out due to the shimmering water. Her beautiful and bountiful breasts were poking out of the water in plain sight.
"If this was an anime trope, my nose would be gushing out blood." Alex thought to himself.
However, after quickly regaining his sanity, he asked a question.
"How long has it been since you noticed I was here?"
Xymaris smiled. "I knew since you entered the forest."
"And you just let me sit here for twenty minutes?"
"Yup, after all, it's not like it wasn't worth the wait, wouldn't you say?"
Once again, Alex's eyes were drawn to her chest. He was once again thankful he hadn't matured enough yet because, knowing this goddess, she would never let him forget it.
"Now I know what you've been waiting for, Alex. Your wondering where your blessing is?
Xymaris teased.
"Yes, you did say it would happen today." Alex responded.
"That I did, so come here and sit in front of me." Xymaris said as she beckoned him to come over to her.
Alex, while blushing, walked over to her. He was no match for her seductiveness.
Alex sat down in front of Xymaris, but she leaned him back to rest himself on her chest.
"Is this part of the blessing?" Alex asked.
"Nope, just for my personal enjoyment. Don't act like you don't like it." Xymaris teased.
Well, you're not wrong." Alex said.
"I know I'm not; now it's time for the blessing." Xymaris said.
"I thought you already gave me your blessing years ago?" Alex asked
"I gave you one blessing yes, however I decided to wait a few more years before I fully awaken that one in you, however for now I'll be giving you a different blessing." Xymaris explained
Alex sat up straight as Xymaris prepared. She put her hand at the center of her chest and her other hand on top of Alex's head. Alex could feel Xymaris channeling her energy through her hand.
"By the words of the Goddess Xymaris, I bless thee, the one chosen by this goddess. I bless him, and he receives many gifts in my name, including the first gift, the gift of knowing emotion. To identify friend or foe alike. To know Love and Hate. This is the blessing I bestow on my chosen one, Alex Blackwood."
As Xymaris was chanting, Alex's body was glowing in a bright pink light. Alex could feel the energy coursing through his body.
Afterwards, Alex opened his eyes and looked at Xymaris, who was glowing in a bright pink hue.
"Uh...why are you glowing pink?" he asked Xymaris.
"Because that's your new ability. You can sense how others feel about you, and their bodies will have different auras depending on their emotions. As of right now, since you're untrained, it can only sense mine; however, in the future, you can see anybody you want." Xymaris explained.
"So why do you have a pink aura?" Alex asked.
"Pink means love, of course." Xymaris said, looking at Alex in the eyes.
"Love?"
Xymaris smiled as she walked up to Alex, still in all her naked glory, and hugged him. Yes, my dear Alex, I Love You and always will. I chose you after all. I've been watching you for a long time. Even in your previous life, despite being alone, you always had a warm heart, and that is what I fell in love with. Your ability to show compassion to those you love and hatred to those who hurt them. I told you when I reincarnated you that you would become the villain, but that doesn't always mean you're going to be evil. You can show love to those you're closest to and be ruthless to those you deem your enemies all the same."
Alex stayed silent as Xymaris brought him closer in an embrace. Because of his blessing, he could feel the love pouring out of Xymaris.
"So she's been watching me for a long time and truly fell in love with me, but still, why do I have to be the villain? This is getting more and more confusing." Alex thought to himself.
However, on the same thought
"So soft...."
