A small message appeared in my eyes, though soon after I swiped it away. It annoyed me, but it also gave me this weird sense of vertigo.
My thoughts were in flux. It was like… like… what was it.
"Shit" I couldn't even tell if I had said that outloud or in my head. It was so disorienting. The blood loss had messed with my head.
I could feel as my consciousness faded. An arm wrapped around my waist and dragged me towards… somewhere.
Feeling had been lost from my body, the only legible sensation was the arm of the being guiding me towards somewhere.
I could assume it was towards the other Kobolds. I could only hope that they knew how to take care of me.
I would die otherwise.
That was the last thought that I had that was even the tiniest bit intelligible. My mind was so blurry that I couldn't do anything else.
…
My body registered a fluffy feeling, one that I hadn't felt since before we were transported to this tutorial tower.
It was nostalgic however there was the other question of how I was feeling this. The last thing that I knew before my consciousness failed me was being carried to by the Kobold that had joined me.
However now… now I could actually think. I got up and looked at my hand only to see that they were transparent. Almost like I wasn't even there.
I quickly took the covers that were placed over me off. My eyes widened at the sight.
I wasn't even there, all I had was an ethereal body.
One that was neither mine nor comfortable. I squirmed, and squirmed some more.
'Relax…' a voice whispered into mine. A shiver of pleasure ran through my spine as the voice rang through the room.
'Follow, we have little time'
I did as the voice said, a seductive feeling passed through my whole body as it grew closer.
Underneath it all, I felt a faint sense of apprehension. One that screamed at me. Through the feeling of supreme might. The one that told me to follow to…
Two feeling s both of different objectives.
One wanted me further, to seduce me into its arms. The other wanted me to stay, to keep the status quo.
The latter was born of the the hesitance that stood in my heart. One born of the desire to see and remember through my life. Of the numerous times that I had done such and yet stayed the same.
It was a resigned feeling it didn't want me to go, it wanted to give up.
I grit my teeth, or whatever this body had as teeth. I would not stop. I would continue on, to create, I had once promised myself just that.
With my dream ever closer to me, I knew I could not stop. To do that was to kill me. Kill my personality.
It was why I struggled throught he feeling, through the hesitance that stood like a demon in my heart.
It didn't just let me go, pain burned like a rod of lava through my spine. It stopped my ability to move yet I still stood tall. My feet struggled further and further.
I would not stop. I would not fall.
CLICK
The sound of the door clicking open resounded through the room and with it the pain that I felt disappeared.
I fell to the ground. A pair of ethereal arms wrapping around my shoulders. A scent of flowers reached my nose. It was soft yet strong. A smell I could never forget.
It was nostalgia, it was the forge, it was my life.
I attempted to turn my head to the side. To take a glance at the being that had done this to me.
To ask why, to have them teach me. I needed to do this but I could not.
My head stood frozen in its gaze.
I stared straight into the dark gorge. I could see many things.
An anvil made of mythical metals, a forge that blazed with the power of a star. Everything that I had ever wanted stood in front of me.
However I could not reach out to it nor could I even talk to the being that held me in place.
It was more painful than even the previous experience. To see equipment and teachings that I do strived for right in front of me yet so far away.
'Do not worry'
The same voice said, however now it was not one omnipresent in the room but whispered next to my ear.
The hands that held onto me were placed into my head. They twisted in their grip and forced my neck towards their face.
'You will always be m-'
…
My eyes opened frantically. I looked around in a hurry, panic in my face as I searched.
However I only found the cavern that I had settled in before.
"Guh"
A groan left my lips and my hands reached to my ribs. I felt bandages that tijj th toy wrapped to my chest.
I tried to move around yet only pain stopped me.
"Kuak"
"Kuauk kua" the Kobolds chittered around me.
It looked like they were fussing about my wound. Gesturing for me to stay down and not to move.
However I could not obey, I needed to move.
To stretch my legs, anything. Even through the pain, I needed to do this.
I could feel the wound lessening in its pain. Though I didn't know why I could take a guess.

The first thing that I had noticed when I opened my status screen was the increase to my skill.
It had gone from two percent last I had seen it up to five percent. It was a giant increase, enough that I couldn't think of what I had done to increase it.
I had expected Memoria to increase because of the battle and how I had used it but at most a percent increase not a whole three percent.
When I calmed myself down from that I noticed the other change.
My vitality had increased in value to 1.5, I didn't know what I had done for it to increase to that much.
However when I looked to the notifications that had gone by me while I was asleep and battling I found out something.
