I didn't take long in dressing up because I didn't want us to be late or get stacked in traffic, after all I was not that fun of make up. Puting on the red dress that Enoch bought for me, I matched it will a pair of plain hills and a black porch.
I went to the dressing mirror and examine myself for a while, and I was sure I looked like a rich lady. The spaghetti sleeves straight and long red dress, which was slit down on the left thigh, suited me perfectly as if it was made with my measurements.
I kept admiring myself in the mirror not knowing a pair of lustful eyes was digging into my soul through the back of the dress which revealed more than half of my back. The look on Enoch's face when I turned to look at him made me smile and my face became flushed, but the sudden change in his mood scared me.
"Remember you are going there because of me and nobody else." Enoch said strictly and I just nod my head to it, knowing there might be more to his warning.
"Are you okay with what you are wearing, hope it not too revealing for you?" Enoch asked politely this time, getting his dress to wear.
"Don't worry am okay, I know you don't believe me but I wear revealing clothe more than this." I said with a smile, assuring him not to get worked up, knowing he was wondering if I like the dress or not.
I thought Enoch was going to put on something simple to match what I was wearing, but the suit he was wearing was nothing to be described as simple. A black three pieces expensive suits, which made him looked soo dashing, revealing his fer completion even more.
My lustful eyes couldn't leave his charming body. Even though I kept looking at him from when he came out of the bathroom till he was done dressing up, it wasn't enough. I kept looking even when he was done, not knowing he was aware I was looking at him lustfully.
"You know I can remove the suit if you want, but you'll have to remove yours as well, so we can look at each other." Enoch said as he forcefully made me stand from the seat, hugging me to himself as he kissed me on the neck feather-likely.
"No! I...I was looking because....I wanted to say....you look good in the suit...more than your uniform." Trying to hide my flushed and embarrassed face, I lied.
"You look beautiful too, I wish we aren't going anywhere, I would have made the best out of this beautiful sight am seeing." Enoch said with a mischievous smile playing on his lips. I understood what he meant and I bypass him taking the lead out of the room, knowing things might change if I don't leave his sight.
As expected, we stepped out of my house and Gideon was waiting outside for us in a different car from the once I've seen him drive. Enoch took the lead to open the back door of the black range over for me to enter, before he entered from the other side which Gideon open for him and waited till he was settled before going to the driving seat after closing the door to the car.
My mind turned into a field of mess and my heartbeat started rising as Gideon was driving the car out ot the town, knowing there was no going back. I breathe in some air through my mouth and Enoch noticed I was feeling uneasy.
"Don't be scared or worried, I'll be there with you, promise." He said to me as he turn to look at me, placing his left palms on my right cheek to let me look at him.
"How can he asked me to not worry, when I don't know how things are going to turn out." I thought, looking at him straight in the eyes with a puppy-like face.
As if Enoch could read my mind, he caressed my other check and placed the stands of hair on my face behind my ear. I thought that was all, but he lifted my chine and placed a long and deep kiss on my lips, not minding the fact that we were not alone in the car nor he could ruined my red lipstick.
Startled by his actions, I tried pushing him off but nothing showed he was going to let me go, I had to bit him on the lips for him to get off me. I felt like hiding my entire being when I looked into the driving mirror and saw a smile on Gideon's face.
I kept hiding my embarrassed face as Enoch decided to tease me even more, asking if I didn't like the kiss. I knew it was his way of calming me down and I loved the kiss, but why do it in front of his friend. I decided not to mind him and kept bowing my head untill, bang! my head hit the front seat.
Gideon stopped the car unannounced, making both Enoch and I hit our heads on the front seat, since non of us was concentrating on the road. "Watch it Gideon, what happened." Enoch said angrily, massaging both his head and mine to ease the pain.
"Si.... eerrm sorry, there's something ahead, looks like an accident but am not sure, I think I just saw the person lying on the floor right now." Gideon said worriedly.
"Keep driving, in speed as that." Enoch said and Gideon stepped on the accelerator pedal and drove off in a way I had to hold on to Enoch so I could set well in the car.
"Hay stop the car, we have to help the person, what if he needs help?" I said but not Gideon nor Enoch mind me as the car kept running in full speed.
I got upset and folded my arms, fuming with anger and worrying for the man we left behind on the road. "How can you two be so inconsiderate, what if the man dies on the road." I said in anger.
" I'll explain things to you later, but for now, please don't judge me, I have my reason, and for Gideon, he just did what I asked him to." I heard Enoch's voice, but I didn't turn to look at him as he said that, defending himself and Gideon.
After about half an hour, the car came to a holt in front of a beautiful fence wall, close to it main gate, but it didn't enter. Gideon took a look at Enoch and he nod his head communicating with him in signals, before he went out of the car.
He returned in a while and took his seat behind the driving wheel again, before turning to us. "It left with two and she's one of them." Gideon said and I had no idea what he was talking about.
" Let go to Oasis." Enoch instructed and Gideon drove off the gate without question, taking us to one of the popular restaurant in town close to the sea, called Oasis.
"I thought we were meeting with your family, so why are we here?" I asked immediately we took our seat, not understanding why he took me there.
"I have three reasons for bringing you here." Enoch said as he made an order, and when I didn't say anything, he continue to speak.
" My first reason is because we are too early for the visit, so I thought I'd spend a little time with you. My second reason is that you haven't eaten anything since morning, it almost afternoon and am very sure eating at my family house will be a bit awkward for you, so you have to eat before we get there.
And lastly, I want to explain why I didn't allow Gideon to stop the car." Looking at him across the round table as he spoke, I couldn't tell if it was his love for me that he was showing or it just that he cared. Which ever it was, my concern was why he didn't help the accident victim, because I felt okay with the tee I took in the morning.
"So tell me about your last reason, because am not interested in the first two." I said as I took my phone from my porch, just then our order was brought in by a waitress, so I used the opportunity to take a look on my phone.
Dozens of calls form my mother, and non of it reached my ears, because my phone was still on silence from the previous night. I checked and she had sent me messages as well, and in all the messages, she wanted to see me in the house as soon as I can make it home.
My mind couldn't rest, I knew something was up, but I couldn't put my hands on what might have happened. "She could have just texted me what happened, instead of getting me worried like this." I thought as I placed the phone back into the bag and plastered a fake smile on my face, so I don't get Enoch asking me what happened.
I didn't want him withholding the meeting with his family because of me or anything. Knowing if he gets to know I am not at peace because of the messages, he'll ask me to go and see my mum instead of his family, even though they were waiting for us.
