It didn't take long before Emma finally identified the enemies, she had good eyes, so it was only obvious that she would be the first to notice.
"Wolves… a pack of wolves," Emma muttered and then bit her lips. "This will be hard."
Eventually, even Kane managed to see the wolves clearly. For some reason, all of them had white fur, but that didn't make any sense since, in that forest, such color would be easily spotted. However, the very moment one of the wolves touched a bush, its entire body became green at the same tone as the bush.
"I see now… they had a very useful skill," Kane said, a bit annoyed and surprised. "Burn all the nearby trees."
