Arms hugging herself, Wyen felt lost even though she was meters away from the restaurant she just left.
Her eyes averted up as she watched the couple walk past her almost drenching self.
she felt the pit-patting rain fall over her skin but nonetheless she didn't give a care.
Eyes lost at the sight of the beautiful city and people,
Wyen tried to stay as much as calm and when she took a deep breath...
Her back was turned around and his warm breath which fanned her face seemed to take all the coldness from her body.
Eyes didn't dare to meet his as his hand held hers.
His breath heavy, eyes wide.
Looking right into her eyes,
He didn't notice the tears that almost formed in her eyes.
Looking behind the man in front of her,
She found none she knew.
A sigh but then her shoulders were held.
"What are you? Racing car?"
Loss of breath,
Jimin breathed out within his hands grabbing his knee to calm his racing heart rate.
He chuckled as nothing came out of Wyen's lips.
She chose to rather be silent than speak what she doesn't even mean or feel like saying at that moment.
As his eyes glanced up at her face, he knew that she's not liking his presence.
"I...i have work-"
Cheeks held, her eyes again forced to look into his.
"Work? Isn't that we did all day?"
His gaze, his actions and
Oh not his smile...
She bit her lip.
Work... It's afterall work for him.
But it was a torture to me.
Eyes blinking, she softly stare at him making him break the silence with a chuckle.
"Alright... You have work."
He whispered under his breath as he looked down then into her eyes within his breath still irregular.
Her lips felt warmer with every second that passed by.
His breath against her lips, tiptoeing to meet his height, Wyen felt so small.
So vulnerable.
So submissive.
So...good.
Looking away with hesitance, she felt his grip on her cheeks loosen.
Stepping back, he nervously scratched the back of his neck.
Glancing up at her, he looked away when her eyes didn't meet his.
Not being able to start or even continue any conversation, she looked around for any bus to drive by.
but due to how late night it is, no buses were scheduled from there.
Looking down at her wrist, she made him glace at her wrist before chuckling.
"You don't have a watch, Wyen."
He eyed her face.
As her freckled cheeks flushed pink, he couldn't help but raise the umbrella he was holding.
As her back quivered while his hand pulled hers, she felt her body finally out of the pit-pat rain.
Glancing above, she realised that an umbrella was preventing.
Looking beside, her shoulder was against his arm.
Looking around, he didn't pay attention to her.
Her eyes blinked.
Once again.
Once...again.
Again and again
Till her eyes filled with tears.
along with the water drops that dripped down her hair, her tears mixed in.
Hand gripped tight, his eyes sparkled when he caught a cab driving by.
"Taxi!"
He yelled making her just admire him.
His bright, red, and plump lips were making hers apart.
Chest heaving up, her eyes trailed down his neck and the Adam's apple raised with every gulp he took.
As his head turned around,
Her vision got more clear.
He's speaking.
practically yelling at her.
Her hand held back his hand unconsciously while she continued to stare at him.
Not a lot but jimin was sure startled
Looking down, his eyes found her fingers intertwined.
Glancing up, he found her eyes widening.
And her hand was taken aback without even wasting a second of his time.
Looking at the cab that drove near them, Wyen immediately stepped away but then,
Her feet was drawn back to where she stood.
Eyes wide but they found his lips as his hand cupped her cheek.
Lips parting, her eyes never left his lips and his breathy words left her heart drown deep into the sea of heaven.
"Where's my kiss?"
