I Devina knocked on the doors of Fivindius's estate.
"Coming!"
The door slides open and Zeri is on the other side to greet me.
"Oh, you are one of Vivshi's friends! Nice to meet you!"
Zeri reached out her hand offering a handshake.
I take upon her greeting and she pulls me into the mansion. She leads me to one of the guest rooms and asks me what business am here for.
"Well, I was wondering if I could talk with Marlowlia a little bit."
"Marlowlia-sama? She is pretty busy right now, but I can go check."
Zeri requests me to follow and I oblige. She leads me to a Marlowlia's room and she knocks on the door before opening it.
Upon opening the door, we see Marlowlia holding a piece of wood and positioning it so it would fit on a giant sculpture. It was magnificently made, not only huge but also aesthetic to look at.
"Marlowlia-sama, you have a guest."
"What?"
She turned around to look at us but in doing so she lost balance and flailed her arms around to maintain balance. Marlowlia was holding a piece of wood high in the air balancing on one foot trying to support herself.
She let out a sigh of relief as if she had avoided a catastrophe. She looked at me and asked me to wait. She was just going to finish her grandiose building. But as soon as she tried to regain balance she became unstable and started wobbling, the wobbling stopped as she had calmed herself down. Then she slipped and crashed right into the very thing she had spent hours on. She had this disappointed expression on her face, a despondent expression.
"You want me to restore that?"
"How are you gonna do that? It is gonna take hours."
I walked over and threw a metal box on the floor. It analyzed and scanned the tree blocks and sticks in the giant pile. Then it started to reconstruct them back into the original form from two minutes ago.
Marlowlia watched in awe as the process happened. She didn't seem to understand how the blocks were moving on their own but one thing she could understand was it was awesome.
Her building had been completely rebuilt and the little tree block Marlowlia held earlier flew back into her hand. Marlowlia stood back up and placed the last piece onto the structure, completing it.
I clapped her hands and Marlowlia jumped up and down in happiness. But then she quieted down and sat on her bed.
She calmed herself and asked me what she could do for me. I told her that I needed 5 minutes of her time and some money.
A manly aura emerged behind Zeri and me, I looked back to see Thrude, Marlowlia's father standing behind me.
"Welcome Vivshi's friend. We cannot thank you enough for saving us and our property. If there is anything we can do, I will provide it."
"Thank you, sir."
"How much money do you need… what is your name?"
"My name is Celestia."
Marlowlia looked at me with confusion but remained silent.
"For saving our lives, I can give you 3000 Livis."
Thrude then offered to deliver it as a parting gift. He told me that he couldn't be more thankful for Vivshi saving him and everything else from the giant monster.
I thanked him and took upon his offer. He then excused himself to prepare the money.
"Zeri, can I talk with Marlowlia for a bit?"
She immediately stepped outside the room and closed the door.
"Marlowlia, you want to save your sister right?"
"If that is possible then yes."
"Did you know there is a way to save her?"
She looked at me with confusion.
"When I was at the noble gathering, I witnessed a battle between Vivshi and Viego."
Marlowlia continued saying that she saw Vivshi's cut-off arm regenerate.
She thought that Vivshi had some sort of healing powers that could potentially cure Fiviana.
"It isn't Vivshi that is healing."
I then articulated that it was Oslovi the cat who regenerated Vivshi's arm. That Oslovi is the Aeon of Rejuvenation.
Marlowlia widened her eyes in astonishment. She couldn't believe that an Aeon was always among them. She witnessed the Aeon of Serenity, Ember Dexterity, and Breakage and now she just found out that she also met the Aeon of Rejuvenation.
The chances for a normal human to meet such beings are slim to none.
"That is very shocking."
She looked at me and asked what she was supposed to do now with that information.
"Well, did you know that Oslovi went missing on that rainy day?"
She told me that Vivshi told her about it but said that it was going to be okay.
"Well, the situation has changed and Oslovi has been kidnapped."
"An Aeon kidnapped?"
Marlowlia seemed dumbfounded about the fact that Aeons could be kidnapped. But then she asked what I was gonna do.
I told her that Vivshi was currently very sick and couldn't get out of bed. So he couldn't move and help.
"So I will need your help."
"Me?"
Marlowlia shook her head and waved her hand in declination. Telling me that she wouldn't be able to do it.
"Marlowlia, think about it, Emovi, Fiviana, and Oslovi are all gonna die if no one helps."
She stared into the ground.
"As the Aeon of Dexterity, I already have a plan on how we can save all of them."
"No, I don't think I can do it."
I slid a photo in front of her shadow. It was a picture of Vivshi's dismembered head in a glass jar.
She looked away immediately and asked what that was. She closed her eyes and put her hands over them, she started to shiver, she was horrified at the horrendous picture. Shaking her head she asked:
"What is that?"
She told me that she felt lightheaded and nauseous from viewing that abhorrent photograph.
"That was Vivshi's head."
She didn't seem to want to talk anymore. Marlowlia crawled into her bed and lay facing the wall, she said she felt unwell.
"He is still alive."
Explaining that I have been injecting fluids to keep Vivshi long enough for him to survive. Marlowlia kept facing the wall.
"Without your help, I will not be able to restore his body. We need you, I need you to help me take back Oslovi."
"Why me?"
"Because you are the only one who can do it."
"But am not that good at kidnapping back animals."
I walked up to Marlowlia's bed and looked at her with a smile.
"Don't worry, I have already planned that out."
