Some of the maids run up the stairs to check out all the noise. They were horrified by the sight of me, covered in distorted black markings all over my body, a massive flower pulsing disgustingly.
They ran from the scene due to their not wanting to deal with the repercussions. They didn't want to interfere with Mr. Fivindius nor deal with a monstrosity like me.
Zeri saw all the maids running hastily and horrified down the stairs. She didn't seem to know what caused such a commotion. She went against the crowd and checked up on the situation.
She saw me standing there, knife in hand with blood dripping into a pool of blank ink. The scene of my distorted body must have disgusted her but she continued to stand there and look at me.
"What happened?"
I didn't respond, I'm in a state where everything is black except one thing. Any word spoken to me wasn't heard, and any physical inflictions on me didn't feel like anything. I'm empty, void of anything.
Yet Zeri continued to stare at me.
"How did this happen?"
She squinted her eyes and focused on my cheek, noticing it was the aeon mark of Freedom. Her eyes widened and she took a step back in fear. Tripping, and falling she pleads for me not to kill her.
I didn't hear anything, I had only one target in mind and he stood right in front of me. His cold and calculated demeanor had changed. It is now fear, he feared that his freedom would be taken from him, his life.
The reddish color in my eyes started blinking.
Marlowlia's dad reasoned with me, telling me that I was correct, he got the wrong guy.
"Your freedom is ticking with each swindle that comes out of your mouth, putrid lies."
After he tried to convince me that I was correct back then and failed he went with another approach.
"Do you know who I am? I'm the owner of the Vindus organization! I can have you executed if you touch me!"
"I'm the great owner of Vindus, Thrude!"
As the owner of the aeon freedom, I can sense the freedom in each living organism's heartbeat. As for Mr. Fivindius, his heartbeat is painfully in an asynchronous melody that made each muscle fiber in my body twitch with spite.
Not only did he accuse me of a grave crime and label me as something I'm not, he stole my freedom. He stopped a being's movement and he lied. The sins of freedom he committed are far too unforgivable. I will grant him true freedom.
Sensing another heartbeat in distress I whip my knife around and melt the whole right side of the wall down. Some of the acid landed on Thrude's shoes and corroded his polished shoes. He stood completely still, petrified of what was going to happen next.
He didn't get a reaction out of me so he tried one last time.
"I can give you money, all the money I have. No, I can give you fame and wealth! How does that sound?" He said rubbing his hands together.
The right hemisphere of the room was gone. Looking astonished at the room just turning into pitch-black water he tried to run over and cover it up with his body.
But I could hear it, I could see it. Two heartbeats, one heartbeat full of lies and spite, and one heartbeat begging for freedom.
My body twitched as I saw it. One of the head maids in a clandestine room tied up to a pole with her clothes stripped. She had bruise marks all over her body. Her mouth duct-taped and when she saw me, she started crying.
Was it because someone finally discovered her?
Was it because she thought she was finally going to be freed?
Or was it because she wanted to die and knew she finally gonna be freed from her life?
The bruise mark on her neck was big and purple, her stomach, her legs.
That sight.
Mom.
Did they do this to you too? Did they strip you of your freedom and halt your movement? Did they imprison you? Why? Why? WHY!
I started stomping on the ground, each filled with frustration and anger. The ground, walls, furniture, air, everything went black.
The eyes of a lunatic pierced into the soul of Thrude, he stood there despondent and afraid.
His secret gig was up. He knew it would be coming the second I stopped stomping.
As the foot was supposed to touch the ground for another vent, my body moved on its own and spun around rapidly in the air, breaking the sound barrier. The centrifugal energy and kinetic energy were redistributed into my legs.
In a fraction of a second, Thrude managed to get to his desk and find his firearm, thinking I was in a psychotic state that he could take advantage of.
He grabbed his gun, aimed it at my spinning body, and fired.
The bullets hit my body but ricocheted off my body as if it were made of steel. The bullets scattered throughout the two rooms, almost hitting the maid in the head. She squirmed around in terror and the bullets clanged onto metallic objects and shattered glass and ceramics. One bullet hit Thrude in his leg and injured him.
After 5 seconds of charging up, my body had probably reached the rotating velocity of 600km/h and Thrude sat on the floor hugging his injured leg.
I released all the energy into the red-marked object.
The red object spewed more red all over the place, it crashed through the wall and shattered the windows. And landed on the ground, creating a crater in the ground below. I jump down from the two-story mansion and look at the red-marked thing that started to fade.
It hadn't disappeared yet. I grabbed Thrude up by his black hair and kicked it into one of the big oak trees in the garden.
Due to the impact, his disfigured arm flew off his body and landed on the ground. He broke all his ribs, he had massive internal bleeding, cranial trauma, and broken legs. But he is still alive. When will he accept true freedom? I cannot let him suffer more.
I pointed my knife up into the sky and lowered it to shoulder height. I slit open my chest horizontally and blood spewed out like a water fountain. I covered my knife in my blood. It had consumed almost 2 litres of blood by now and it didn't grow more spikes. It becomes longer, the edge laced in the blood, and the blade ridge becomes black. The spikes entombed my hands and became a ball around them.
As the katana finished feasting on my blood the bleeding stopped.
"Let's give you true liberation, Mr. Fivindius."
