After my meeting, I buried myself in piles of documents, I did not even notice Laura had come in. "Ms Alexandrea, Mr Leo is requesting a meeting with you" I immediately stopped what I was doing, my heart skipped a beat, I did not understand why his name has such a great effect on me🤦♀️ but I tried my best and composed myself "Requesting a meeting as who? and with whom exactly?" right now I tried pretending how affected I was when I heard his name. "Well madam he is insisting to see You,should I allow him in?" "No, No Laura 😒what are you think?" but i guess he was listening in on our conversation, he immediately talked through the door "Really Arsinoe, really I thought we were friends?" I composed myself trying to keep the eye contact "sir, you can't be in here" but I broke the contact trying to figure out how stupid Laura sounds right now "Laura, you can leave!". After Laura left I decided to refocus on my work pretending he does not exist, but the room got hotter by the minute when he came closer, he held my hand making me stand and pulled me to his embrace, without giving me anytime to process he kissed me. His kiss was warm sweeping my feet away, my brain wanted to resist but my entire body did not agree, that's when I believed that the brain and the body are two different elements🤦♀️. when we finally broke the kiss "what's wrong with You, are you crazy, how dare you" I pushed him away "For a moment there you really enjoyed yourself, so what's the act?" what is he talking about "who, me, enjoy... are you crazy, there was nothing to enjoy there and you've got some nerves!" Well I did very much enjoy myself in his arms, it kinder brought back old memories☺ "I saw you earlier, while I was shooting, and I did see how upset you were when the kissing scene happened, this is me assuring you that that kiss was fake nothing happened and even if something happened you are the only one I want to kiss and do crazy things with" I guess that was him reassuring me, but I can feel how wrong this will be "why are you explaining, I never asked?" he once more pulled me to his embrace saying "I know you so don't pretend to be tough, now can we have lunch I'm starving" I know this feels good but I can't fall for this, I fell for this once so I can't do this to myself again "Sorry but i have a lot of work I can't go out" "who said about going out, well I knew you would say that so I made my assistant get some take outs he will be here any moment☺".
LEO POV
Earlier today while filming, I saw Arsinoe, and with how she acted I knew she was upset, even with all my movies most of the kissing scene were fake, well unless you attract me and most of the times no one attracted me. I knew I had to make up for it and it should be no later than today. Being here in her office is all I want to do right now. when I kissed her she tasted so amazing, I have searched for this taste and feeling for years but no one was like her, and right now I just wanted to eat her up alive. even when she pretended as if she hated it, but with how she was kissing me back, I could tell she wanted more🤭.
"So lunch will be here in a minute Okay, I have a proposal for You, it's a nice one" she gave me this non trusting look but I don't really blame her, the media hasn't really given me the best name not like Alex.
Our lunch was simple but there were so much I wanted to tell her, this was my chance and I had no plans in leaving her, I just hope she felt the same way. "I know its been tears since we last meet and have a decent talk, and right now i want to know the new Arsinoe, not the girl from years ago but the woman that is standing infront of me right now, if you let me?" she looked like she was about to say something but as she was about to say something there was a knock on the door and a voice "Ms Alexandrea, may I come in?", Laura knows exactly when to show up🤦♀️. "Come in she spoke "Ms Alexandrea, the meeting with the executive is about to start" as if she was running away, she stood up took the documents on top of her desk before saying to me, "Leo, how about we discuss this some other time, I have a meeting to attend right now." It's not as if she left me with any kind of choice. Before she could leave I held her arm saying "I will be expecting an answer from You, so think about it". I know she might not think I'm serious about her, but truth be told I think I have fallen in her charm, I know this might cause a lot of scandals because of her ex husband, but that's not what scares me. What scared me is non other than Alex. Ever since Alex parents died, my father being his uncle took him in and ever since we became brothers, the only problem that shook the brotherhood was Arsinoe, we both liked her so much but I made Alex promise never to tell her and that we should let her decide, which gave me time to persuade Arsinoe, and now she is back I can't let him have her, no not a chance. Before I could use the brotherhood bond but ever since Alex inherited his family business I haven't seen him of much, but when I heard He was here today, I knew I had to do something😔 my clock is ticking.
