The pair moved through the forest without any issues—Lucifer believed it was a similar mechanic to the game in that once you were too high level, the weaker monsters would run away or try to avoid the Hero's party unless they used a monster lure.

Although it was harmless to vampires like them, normal people needed to bring antidotes as the forest's flowers became more harmful, spreading a toxic pollen called [Gloom].
