Fred. 10:30 pm. Monday September 1st, 2019.
The night was dark and silent, the stars barely visible in the night sky. I was walking down a long, dark tunnel, my heart pounding in my chest. I had been running for what seemed like hours, my feet aching from the constant movement. I was being chased by a group of hooded people and I had no idea why they were after me.
I had been walking for what felt like an eternity when I heard the sound of voices echoing off the walls of the tunnel. I knew that they were close and I had to find somewhere to hide. I frantically searched for a place to hide, but there was nowhere to go. I could feel my heart pounding in my chest as I continued running down the tunnel.
Suddenly, I heard the sound of footsteps echoing behind me. I knew that they were getting closer and I had to do something. I started to run faster, my feet pounding against the ground. I was almost at the end of the tunnel when I heard the sound of the hooded people getting closer. I darted to the side and hid behind a pile of rocks.
I peered through the rocks, my heart racing as I watched the hooded people run past me. I could feel my body shaking with fear as I watched them pass. I waited until they were out of sight before I started to run again. I ran as fast as I could, my lungs burning with every breath.
Finally, I made it out of the tunnel and into the night. I looked back and saw that the hooded people had stopped chasing me. I let out a sigh of relief and started to walk home. As I walked, I thought about what had just happened. Who were those people and why were they chasing me?
I was still pondering these questions when I heard a voice behind me. 'Hey, Fred! Wait up!' It was my friend, Mark. He had been chasing after me the whole time, trying to catch up to me. I smiled and waved to him.
As we walked back to my house, I told Mark everything that had happened. He was shocked and confused, but he was also grateful to have saved me from the hooded people. I was relieved that I had made it out of the tunnel safely, but I still had no idea why they had been chasing me.
Maybe one day I will find out. Until then, I would have to remain vigilant, and never forget the terror of being chased down a dark and scary tunnel.
