Sarah. 4:50. September 2nd, 2019
I'm Sarah, a 15 year old girl. I just turned fifteen, and it's been quite a ride. I've never been in a relationship, but I'm not sure if I want one yet.
Today, I decided to walk home from school instead of taking the bus. I figured it would give me a chance to clear my head and enjoy the fresh air. Little did I know, I was being followed.
As I walked down the street, I noticed a group of hooded people following me. I wasn't sure what they wanted, but I was getting scared. I tried to keep walking, but they kept getting closer and closer. I started to run, but they were still following me.
I could hear the sound of their footsteps behind me. I was terrified. I had no idea what to do. I wanted to scream for help, but I was too scared. I wanted to run away, but I felt like I was trapped.
Finally, I decided to go into a nearby store. I quickly ran inside and locked the door. I hid in the back of the store and watched out the window as the hooded people walked away.
I was relieved but also scared. I didn't know who they were or why they were following me. I stayed in the store until it closed, and then I walked home in a hurry.
When I got home, I told my parents what had happened. They were worried, but they said they would take measures to protect me.
From that day forward, I was always more aware of my surroundings. I kept my eyes and ears open, and I made sure to let someone know if I was ever feeling like I was being followed.
I never found out who those hooded people were, or why they were following me. But I never let it stop me from enjoying the fresh air and freedom of walking home from school. I'm thankful for the experience, and I'm grateful for the lesson it taught me.
The next day, I found out that Fred had the same thing happen to him. That's strange.
