Waking up from her peaceful sleep, Belle groggily rubbed her eyes. She stretched her limbs and placed her foot on the floor, but quickly curled it back in only to set it down again, this time in slow movement.
The cold floor caused a light shiver to spread over her body.
With her eyes still half closed, she strolled towards the front of her full-length mirror. Her eyes widened in disbelief upon seeing her reflection in the mirror.
She grabbed a bunch of her hair in her hands, staring down at it. Apart from her hair, which was beaming with a golden glow, she took notice of how the length had changed dramatically overnight.
After staring at it long enough, she decided to ignore it. But after waiting for hours inside her room and getting ready, Belle realized that the glow wasn't dimming like it would have done in other days.
