Currently, Sebas and Arthur are at the merchant guild to look out for a place to stay.
Now, Arthur doesn't have much money to buy a nice house. All he wants is a good enough house for at least two of them to live in and at least some space like a backyard for him to train some physical strength and skills.
The receptionist informs them of the price of both renting and buying a house.
For renting, it is 3 gold coins for a year and if it's buying a house, there are a lot of options from 500 gold coins to a few platinum coins.
The cheapest one which is 500 gold coins, Arthur saw that it is only a house with 3LDK without any more space left and also the place where the house is the downtown area where the security is really bad.
Arthur asked for a private space to talk in-depth with the receptionist or the salesperson. Arthur needs to think this through after all it is regarding his plans and life.
Now, there are three people in this private room with one of them being the salesperson and Arthur with Sebas beside him.
The salesperson is a woman around her mid-30s with blonde color hair and a pair of green colored eyes. She wears cream colored formal shirt with a black skirt that fits just below her knees.
The three talk for a long time as the salesperson shows a few houses to Arthur from the range of 500 gold to 5 platinum coins.
Arthur himself decided that he would rather buy a house than rent one as the capital itself would be the base operation for the next few years or even a long time in the future.
The rent is good if Arthur wants to change places in the future. But, in the end, Arthur decided that he would rather stay in the capital for now as the capital has a lot of chances for him to make a connection with the nobles here.
After discussing with Sebas, Arthur decided that they would take the house worth 2 platinum coins.
The house itself wasn't that big but the place is rather good as it is close to the Adventurer guild and it is inside the inner wall where the security is good. It has a quite big backyard for Arthur to train and the neighborhood is rather good with a few merchants that the salesperson said to be in the surrounding house.
Arthur can make good friends there as he needs to buy quite a few books and some weapons later on, he needs to save on the money here.
The woman who heard that Arthur decided to buy the 2 platinum coins worth of a house is now smiling as it means that she would get a quite lot from this transaction.
At first, she doubted that 2 people here would buy the house even though she already explained all the pros and contra of the house. She thought that she would hit these two people if they decided to back out from this.
After all, one man and one kid with not that good clothes come to the guild asking about the house. Although the way the kid walks and talking looks like he is from a noble house. But, there are a lot of fallen nobles here in the capital and she met at least 50 in a month asking about houses and in the end not buying or renting one.
But now, when Arthur finally signs the document, the saleswoman can't help but smile. After all, with this transaction alone she can at least get 50 gold or even more. This is a lot compared to her salary which is only 2 gold a month.
After Arthur and Sebas finish paying the money and get the certificate of the house, they get escorted by one of the people from the merchant guild to see the house.
It takes them 20 minutes to walk from the merchant guild to the house that they bought.
When they arrived at the house, they saw that the house was bigger than they had thought. The living room itself is quite big also it has 3 bedrooms and 1 guestroom.
There is also a kitchen and 2 bathrooms which is nice.
The backyard is pretty big as it has a few trees and flowers here and there. Overall, Arthur was satisfied with this house. Also, there are already some simple furniture like beds, chairs, tables, and other stuff in the house left by the previous owner. Although it doesn't look luxurious, at least it serves its purpose and does not look broken at all which is good enough for them.
After finalizing the contract, the people from the merchant guild then give Arthur the house certificate that shows the house now belongs to Arthur. After that, the man then leaves with a smile on his face while leaving some congratulations to Arthur and Sebas.
Arthur and Sebas then start cleaning up the house and preparing to buy some gifts and the other necessities for Arthur's training like weight training, a sword, some introduction books, and other stuff.
The gift is for the neighbors, after all, they are new here and Arthur also wants to make some connection if their neighbors are merchants so that they can buy something cheaper later on.

The shopping takes Arthur and Sebas more than 3 hours. Now the money that Arthur still has right now is only 2 platinum coins and 3 silver coins.
They also bought a lot of daily necessities and clothes for the future Avatar that Arthur would be creating.
Arthur then lets Sebas do the other things and gives him all of the money left while he starts to prepare for the training.
Arthur only has 29 days left before the next Avatar must be created. He already talks with Sebas that the next Avatar would be the Adventurer type which would mean that he needs to train his physic a lot while also getting a sword mastery skill and some combat skill if he is lucky.
The sun is already high in the sky and Arthur doesn't have too much time for training today. So, he just walks towards the backyard as he starts to train. He then put the weight that he had bought before.
At first, he put one on his wrist as the weight looked like a bracelet that weighed 5 kg. Arthur already feels that it is too much, but, he still puts another one on his other wrist.
Arthur then took out a wooden sword and then started to swing the sword without thinking about it twice.
It only took Arthur about 5 swings as he felt that his wrist was about to fall off.
Now he finally realizes how bad it is to lose half of all his stats. He then stops as he takes off the weight again and then continues swinging his sword.
He thought that he could handle it even with the weight put on. But, he overestimates his stats too much.
If he still got his previous stats, he might be able to train with the weight on. But, now, it is too much for him.
Arthur then starts to focus on training his sword first and forgetting about anything else. He got Sebas to handle all other things. Although it's a bit too much to leave it all to Sebas, Sebas himself already prepared himself as he knew what it meant when he suggested this plan.
While Arthur is training, Sebas is now preparing the gift for the neighbors. The gift is some wine and some cosmetics.
After he prepared the gift, Sebas then walks out towards the right house first. He doesn't know anything about the neighbor even the name.
After Sebas knocking the door, he hears the sounds of footsteps, and the voice of a woman can be heard.
A moment later, the door is open and Sebas can see a middle-aged woman from the other side of the door.
"Hello, who is it?"
"Good Afternoon mam. My name is Sebas, I'm just moving today with my young master. We want to say hello. But, sadly my young master is training right now and can't be here right now. It's not much, but, please do take this."
Sebas then gives the gift that he had prepared beforehand to the lady.
"Thank you for the gifts Mr. Sebas. Would you mind entering for simple tea perhaps? I'm sorry, but, my husband is still working outside and can't be here for now. As for your young master name is?"
"It's ok ma'am you don't need to bother, I still need to meet with other neighbors. My young master called Arthur, we're not noble so, it's fine just to call him Arthur. Then, I'll take my leave ma'am."
"Fine then, but please come later for tea Mr. Sebas, and if it's possible your young master as well. Oh, and you can call me Killan is fine, Have a good day Mr. Sebas."
"Have a good day to you too Ma'am Killan."
With that, Sebas then walks out to another neighbor.

After Sebas finishes going to all the neighbors, he then walks towards the Adventurer Guild.
He plans to work as an Adventurer to gain money and also some information on how the Adventurer works. After all, the next Avatar that Arthur wants to create will mainly work as an Adventurer.
With his small stats, Sebas can't take jobs that include killing monsters or even fighting. He mainly looked for some odd jobs like looking for herbs, cleaning something, or even becoming a waiter.
Sebas can take some of his free time to train his physical stats and also learn some skills if he is lucky while he doing his jobs later on.
Sebas arrives at the Adventure Guild and goes to the receptionist which is empty without queue.
He talks about joining the guild as he asks to fill out some form. Sebas also asked about how this Adventure Guild works.
The receptionist told him that, the Adventurer would be given a rank from F to SSS which is from the lowest rank to the highest.
As of now, there is only 1 SSS class Adventurer which is The Sun Knight. He has a legendary talent called 'The Knight of the Sun' which multiplies his stats 10x and close to 100x in a specific situation. This talent also comes with a buff for his teammates or party and it also raised his mastery of sword and shield skills.
In other words, it is an OP skill with a balanced effect on his stats.
After Sebas gave 3 silver coins for the registration fee, he asked where he could take a quest.
The receptionist pointed him in a direction where there were a lot of people standing there. There is a board filled with posters of the mission, ranging from an F class to a B class. As for the A class mission above, only the receptions and other guild Adventure guild staff can give them to an Adventurer.
Sebas then starts to look for a simple job as a starter.
After looking for a few minutes, Sebas decided to take a herb collecting job and then take off the poster and give it to the receptionist to prove that he had taken the job.
Then Sebas started to do his job as he thought that he would be busy for the next years.
