I snapped out of my disturbing thoughts as I felt Mammon shoot one of its tentacles toward me with immense speed.
I hurriedly ducked out of the way by forcing my body to move to the side. The wind pressure was still heavy so I had a hard time controlling my movements.
Still! My effort paid off as I managed to slightly shift the position of my body. Luckily, it was in time before the tentacle got to me.
Since I was no longer there, the tentacle shot past my side, my eyes capturing its fast movement.
At that moment, I felt a sense of deja vu from when I had faced the macro Scorpio.
My body moved first before my mind could finish processing the events of that deja vu.
Funny enough, my body was already getting used to the heavy torrent underwater. I also now had less trouble with breathing as I felt myself lasting under the water longer than I thought!
