The grey sky was painted in pretty hues of purple and pink as the sun looked like a bright star overshadowed by the scattered clouds. The birds chirped, flapping their wings to rise higher in that open sky, on their way back home and to their little ones.
On the streets of Greenfield, people moved at a slow pace, tired after another hard working day in the fields and at their workplaces, having small conversations with the passersby as they made their way home.
One of the little boys playing around with his friends noticed a small brown puppy woofing while he sniffed around.
"Look puppy!"
And in no time, the little one was surrounded by a bunch of young kids who competed to gather him in their hands and pamper him.
"Oohh how cute he is!"
"How do you know it is he and not she?"
"You are such an idiot, really!" The girl proceeded to explain why she thought that puppy was a male dog and not a female.
