A knock on the door startled Sylvia, breaking her from her world of thoughts, and bringing her back to reality. She blinked, rubbing her eyes.
"Who could be there at this time?" She murmured while getting up from the chair in the living room before she made her way to the front door.
She glanced outside the window while on her way to see if the Sun was about to set. Her hand lingered on the doorknob, and a sliver of fear brushed her heart.
What if it was someone troublesome at the door?
She checked her wand, which she had hidden inside the front of her dress. Another knock forced her to open the door, cautiously.
She peered from behind the door only to see a smiling familiar face. There stood Lina accompanied by White and Hunt, standing to her either side.
Sylvia's heart rate slowed down a bit, and a smile made its way to her pink lips.
