Each of the words that come out of Mehki's mouth cuts through Celeste like a well sharpened knife.
Does she? Does she know about what will be the consequences of her absurd act?
How could she be so reckless like this and go to Prince Zelian this late into the night?
"You should be aware of your surroundings, Celeste. And do not act so recklessly, I am telling you for your own good." Mehki tells her, her voice still tough and strict, and before Celeste can find her footing again and walk back into her chamber, Mehki shoulders past her, stomping toward her own chamber.
Her fury is clear in her movements. And how hard Celeste tries she can not come to an answer why Mehki waited for her to come back without going to bed already.
