"Madam was…" Zeus let out a cry cough. As he rubbed his throat, he signalled to Stacy not to say anything that would implicate Giavanna.
While doing this he almost got caught by the smart Dorathy.
"Zeus, we have pills for different stages of coughing. You are at the hospital so why don't you get yourself treated? We have experts…"
"I am not sick. I just choked on my saliva so treatment is not needed," Zeus cut in sharply. He stopped rubbing his throat and sat properly.
"What were you trying to say, Stacy?" Dorathy asked, instantly shifting her attention to Stacy's face.
"Apart from the fact that she had no appetite, Madam has been well-behaved," Stacy replied concisely.
"Really?" Dorathy dragged her words as she stole a glance at Giavanna.
Her eyes which were full of suspicions showed that she didn't believe Stacy's words even though she had earlier complimented the young lady for always being honest.
