"Emergency Talisman?" Gavin turned around and looked at Lucie, she was standing outside the small tent and could see the treasure box.
"I don't know about them completely, I just heard Joe talking about them yesterday and it was only when he tear those apart that the Red-haired women came, to pick up the kids," Lucie Explained.
Yesterday when Joe supplied his new batch of kids to the inner wall region of Redwood City he used the same talisman that was plastered on the box, at that time Lucie saw him tearing one of these apart, and then the ferocious red-haired women came, and took all the kids with her, leaving only her and Sania behind.
Gavin nodded at her words, he didn't know the exact power level of the Red Haired woman, and he didn't even want to find out right now.
For all he could tell, she could be extremely dangerous, although he wanted to ask Lucie about, how powerful the Redhead was, however, he could tell that she hasn't even awakened her spirit so she had no sense of Qi.
Asking her would be useless and Gavin's Qi was also about to run out, so he didn't wanna fight an unknown fighter.

Lucie's eyes widened as her soft cheeks swirled up in a smile, excitement filled her heart as she was finally of some use. "It took her almost ten minutes."
Her eyes zoom out to the memories of yesterday, as she remembered how the Redhead lady arrived in a black carriage with black hooded men surrounding her. She could tell that it only took the lady about ten minutes after Joe Tore the talisman apart.
Gavin took a breath of relief listening to her, ten minutes were enough for him to fly very far away. He could even take this little girl away with him and leave her in a safe place. Maybe to her home.
Without waiting, Gavin Quickly flashed the lightning from his hammer, instantly blasting the iron lock away, fumes of burning metal filled his nose, but nothing in this world could stop him now as he was fully focused on the treasures inside.
He looked at the coins and quickly cupped them in his black clothes, he took about ten silver coins and about ten Gold Coins, although there were more items in the box, he didn't know if some of them had tracking items attached to them.
Placing the coins in his pocket his giant body flew backward as he captured the little girl in his embrace and started flying above the clouds.
Lucie's body was stiffened as her legs left the ground she looked down and her heart started thumping wildly, she was flying.
Her brown hair fluttered in the wind as she felt his muscular arm around her lithe waist, she could hear the piercing sound of wind around her.

He was the first person that has treated her right and her heart wanted to stay with him forever, she somehow felt safe with him, even though she has only met him just an hour ago.

After that blood rushed through her head as her vision turned blurry, and her body turned heavy as she lost consciousness, however, she did not panic as something in her told her that she was in safe hands.
Gavin looked at her turning unconscious and after a few more minutes of flying, he landed on a giant rock in the middle of the wilderness.
He adjusted her body on the Rock and looked at her face which by minute was turning pale. Gavin could tell what it was.
"She is awakening her Spirit!" After the age of sixteen, one could awaken their spirit anytime.
Most of the time it was under the help of a Martial artist.
He remembered that if one awakens without the guidance of a Martial Artist, there was a danger of death.
"I have to use my Qi to calm her spiritual sea."

"My hammer!" Suddenly his hammer which he has placed to the side, started floating in the air on its own accord and slowly rested on Lucie's dantian.
Gavin's eyes widened as he can't seem to control his own spirit, "I have to first stabilize her!" Placing his hand on his hammer he started moving his Qi inside it.

With a bang, a huge net of electricity formed around them as Gavin's remaining Qi started rushing inside Lucie's abdomen.
Soon enough a blue-colored snake appeared out of thin air and started floating above Lucie's forehead.
"A beast spirit! She awakened a beast spirit! and a powerful one at that!" Gavin could feel the absolute domination and corrosion coming from the spirit.
Soon enough all his Qi ran out and pain started seeping through his body. His eyes widened as he looked at the corpse-like pale body of Lucie lying there and above her head the blue serpent was looking at Gavin like he was prey.
Gavin gulped his saliva, he knew that if he did not escape now, then it was likely that he will die. He could even feel his life force stirring inside his body.

Inside a cave a few hundred kilometers away a loud rumbling happened.
*Boom*
With a loud blast, the whole cave collapsed, and from the rubble, a figure emerged, floating above the cave.
It was an old lady with her skin loose, her eyes haggard and wrinkles covering her whole body. She was wearing a white robe which somehow didn't even get a speck of dust even after the whole cave collapsed on her.
Slowly her heavy eyes opened and under them, golden rays shimmered. Her head turned in the general direction of Gavin.
"An eternal Spirit has awakened. Finally, I can get a successor."
Her figure then flashed from her spot not even leaving fluctuations in air.
