Chapter 68 - EDITING

The woman cradles her young son. The child, whose hair was white as snow and whose eyes glimmered with a yellowish hue with disguised long pointy ears, appeared to be no older than nine years old. The mother's tender touch as she strokes his hair, while he lay resting on her lap.

The young lad displayed signs of fragility with a pale and sickly complexion. He persistently trembled, indicating a potential weakness or ailment within his body. In addition, he suffered from a high fever, which could be indicative of an underlying infection or illness. His voice was feeble, and his vision appeared to be slightly impaired, suggesting that he may be experiencing additional symptoms of his condition.

It appeared as though his vision had experienced a slight decline. Recollections of an unrecognizable, fuzzy figure conversing with his mother came to mind for the young boy. He attempted to focus his gaze, yet her countenance began to blur and become difficult to discern.
