Lucas' POV
Diana who was in coma for 2 months, Lucas who people believed was dead, wore a suit and came to the hospital to see Diana in secret, he hid behind the cottons of the window, the nurse came in to check the oxygen only to find out that, there was no improvement. She decided to go call Mr Sam. Lucas use the opportunity to come in, he then saw that oxygen was covered from her knows to lips, and there were drip in her vein, Diana was dressed in hospital gown, the inspector, told Lucas that when he was gone she collapsed and didn't wake up after that. Lucas sat on the chair next to her, he held her right hand and said, "you have hurt me a lot, you thought I was having an affair with Lisa, so..you left me there to die, now look at your condition, I have only had love for you, but that love has turn to hatred" he said, suddenly Diana couldn't breathe her eyes were close then the doctor rush in. The nurse, told Lucas to go out, as he was going he heard something that made him stay. "She is no more" Mr Sam declared. Lucas hearing this, tears drop from his eyes and he ran back, pushing the doctors away. "She's alive not dead, (he looked at Diana who wasn't breathing) I'm sorry for all I just said, you have to wake up" he place his two hands on her chest and begin to press it hoping that she wakes up. "what are you doing, leave or I will call the security" Mr Sam said. He place his hands on Diana's cheeks, "you have to wake up, for my sake please" suddenly the doctor turned and was shocked by what he saw.
"The doctor's eyes widened in disbelief as he glanced at the oxygen machine. The pulsating numbers on the screen indicated that Diana's oxygen levels were stabilizing. It was a miracle! A surge of hope and relief washed over him, and without thinking, he embraced the unconscious Diana, whispering, 'Thank God you came back.'
But as the Lucas held her, memories flooded his mind. He remembered the pain and heartbreak when Diana had left him during his darkest moments. The realization hit him like a wave crashing against the shore - she wasn't his wife anymore. Gently, he laid her back on the bed, his gaze filled with a mix of love and resignation.
Meanwhile, Mr. Sam, observing from the corner, couldn't help but smile knowingly. 'He still loves her,' Mr. Sam whispered to himself. 'But he won't accept it.'
Turning to the nurse, he urged, 'Give her the drip.' The nurse nodded, understanding the unspoken intentions behind Mr. Sam's words. The room was filled with a bittersweet atmosphere, as the fate of these intertwined lives continued to unfold."
