Chapter 48

Lisa noticed Lucas entering the room and approached him with curiosity. She asked him where he had been, to which he replied that he had gone to work. However, Lisa had a feeling that he was lying. She then confronted him, suggesting that he had gone to see his ex-wife. Lucas chose to ignore her questions and headed upstairs.

Meanwhile, Lisa couldn't help but wonder how Diana had managed to enter their lives again. As Lucas entered his children's room, he noticed that Rumi, his daughter, was crying. He immediately knelt down and embraced her, trying to provide comfort.
