Reid, Max, and I were discussing how Max could be deceived by a woman, and all his money was taken away by her. It was understandable because Max is weak when it comes to women; he would do anything for a woman he likes.
However, based on Max's story, this woman turned out to have Magic powers that could hypnotize and control someone. It's no wonder Max could become a victim of this woman.

Amidst our conversation, I heard a knocking sound coming from the front entrance of the bar. I walked towards the door, and when I opened it, I saw a little girl. She had long black hair that reached her hips and big eyes, and her appearance suggested she was around 15 years old.
"Excuse me, is Kak Jennifer here?" the little girl said.
"I think Jenny is still asleep. Please come in," I said.
Then I invited the girl to come in, fetched a chair for her, and asked her to have a seat.
"Wait here for a moment; I'll wake up Jenny," I told the girl.
The girl just nodded and remained silent. From her facial expression, it seemed like she was contemplating something very serious. I realized that she was probably going through an unpleasant experience, so I approached Reid and Max and signaled them to keep the girl company while I went upstairs to wake up Jenny.
"Jenn... Jenny..." I called Jenny's name as I knocked on her door, and a few minutes later, her door opened.
"What's up? It's still early," Jenny half-awake responded.
"Quick, wash your face. There's a little girl looking for you, and I think it's something serious," I explained to Jenny.
"Yeah, yeah, I was planning to sleep until noon. Yawn~" Jenny said as she walked towards the bathroom to wash her face.
After that, I went back downstairs to check on the three of them. From here, it seemed like Max and Reid were engaged in a very serious conversation, while the girl appeared to be crying and covering her face with both hands. It didn't take long for me to realize that the situation this girl was going through was truly serious and grave. I immediately ran down the stairs and approached them.
"What's going on, Max? Reid? Why is she crying?" I asked.
"Did you wake up Jenny?" Reid asked me.
"I... yes, what's going on? What happened?" I asked Reid.
"No, we don't have enough time, Reid! We have to hurry!" Max said to Reid.
Reid could only nod, indicating his agreement with Max to leave the two of us behind. I was completely confused about what was happening and could only watch them leave, leaving me and this woman behind.
"Maria? Maria, is that you?"
I heard a voice from the second floor that I recognized as Jenny's voice. The woman next to me ran towards Jenny and hugged her, crying uncontrollably with sobs.
"Father... Mother... Everyone... Please, help..." The flowing tears and audible sobs made it difficult for Maria to form coherent sentences.
I could only stare at Jenny with a sense of curiosity.
Wait a minute, I noticed that the girl was clutching a piece of paper with something written on it. I immediately took it and read it.
"For our dear friend, King Leopold, and all his descendants and people, this is a small gift from us for everything you have done for us in building your foolish paradise. Greetings from all of us who have been sacrificed by you in the past, Chaos Legion."
After reading the letter, I saw Jennifer's eyes widen as if she was genuinely shocked by what was written in the letter.
"Jenny? Um, are you okay?" I asked Jenny.
"Oh? Ah! Sorry, I'm fine," Jenny said, slightly startled.
"Maria, have you finished crying? Shall I cook something for you?" Jenny tried to persuade Maria.
I noticed Maria only turned her head left and right while crying, indicating that she didn't want anything at the moment. She just kept crying while hugging Jenny.
"Maria? Is anyone else alive?" Jenny asked.
Maria just continued crying without answering anything. Maria's silence made Jenny look visibly angry, but I knew she was trying to hold back her anger.
The three of us stood here for about 25 minutes, waiting for Maria to tire from crying and for Jenny to persuade her to rest in her room. After that, they both went upstairs to put Maria to sleep.
I, who had no understanding of the situation at all, could only hold back my curiosity until Jenny returned after putting Maria to sleep. I went back to the bar table and continued drinking the unfinished milk. About 10 minutes later, I saw Jenny coming back from her room.
"In a situation like this, you can still casually drink milk?!" Jenny said to me, looking annoyed at my behavior.
"Hey hey hey, how am I supposed to sympathize with a situation that I have no background knowledge about, right?" I replied.
"Huffttt, well, you do have a point, I can't entirely blame you either. I forgot that you have amnesia."
"So, what actually happened? What happened?" I asked.
Jennifer then told me that in the 500 years the kingdom existed, it had only been attacked twice by the Chaos Legion. The first time was when I became a victim of the falling meteor, and the second was the attack that happened last night in Silverbrook Village, the village where Maria lived and where Jennifer grew up.
Now Maria has become an orphan, and the entire village has been completely destroyed. Maria herself was not killed so that she could report this incident to the kingdom, so that the kingdom would know that the grudge of the Chaos Legion from hundreds of years ago still burns to this day.
The reason Maria came here to seek help instead of reporting the tragedy to the kingdom is because Jennifer herself is acquainted with Maria's parents. Maria already sees Jennifer as her own aunt.
