I wake up at midnight getting the urge to go pee, I see Zach actually sleeping on the couch, he's too tall so he has to squeeze into it to fit, his neck dangling on the side of the couch.
I almost want to pity him but no, he deserves this. This is the only way I can punish him, I can't believe I made him do this on our wedding night, and I can't believe he complied.
I quickly finish my business, then head back to bed. I lie down for about fifteen minutes but I find myself unable to fall asleep, my mind constantly drifting to him, I'm worried he might fall off and break his neck, I don't want the little girl screaming at me that I killed her daddy, and I also don't plan on being widowed this young and definitely not this early into the marriage, so I walk up to him and wake him up. He groans lightly but sits up straight.
"Come sleep on the bed, you're too fat for the couch, you'll ruin it" I say to him and walk towards the bed.
"I'm okay here. It's just for the next few hours"
"Fine then! Do whatever you like" I feel anger rise inside of me for no particular reason and I huff, pulling the blanket over my face again. I'm actually trying to be nice him but he's being such a dickhead. I hear him shuffling around, feet pattering on the floor and soon the space beside me sinks down before plopping upwards again, the other end of the blanket raises lightly and he slips in beside me, the bed is big enough to fit four people, if not more, so there is enough space between us.
I close my eyes and try to sleep but I still can't fall asleep. I sigh and groan, I've been awake for too long and now I can't fall asleep, but here he is, snoring like a baby.
I blink when I realize I've been staring at him for a while.
He rolls over and faces me, hair ruffled and lips parted. The blanket slips down from his body and that's when I see that he isn't wearing a shirt. It's tiring to stay mad at him but he deserves it.
This man will be the death of me....
