GOD OF DESTRUCTION
Jack entered in to the mansion and started destroying everything in the house, he scattered the tv set , pulled down all the pictures from the wall and even when his mother came in. he did not stop but destroyed everything in his path.
Jack's mother gasped in horror as she saw the destruction her son had caused. She knew he had been struggling with his anger ever since Debbie's death, but she had never seen him behave like this before.
"Jack, what are you doing? Stop this madness right now!" she cried out.
But Jack continued his frenzy of destruction, almost as if he couldn't hear his mother's desperate pleas. His eyes were wild and his breathing erratic as he mindlessly smashed things.
For a moment, his mother felt helpless and unsure of what to do. Then, she remembered the advice Debbie's therapist had given her.
"Jack, I know you're upset, but destroying things is not the answer. Take a deep breath and try to calm down," she said in a calm and soothing tone.
To Jack's surprise, his mother's words seemed to reach him. He stopped in his tracks and looked up at her with tear-filled eyes.
"Mum, I'm sorry. I don't know what came over me, I feel...." he said, his voice cracking.
His mother put her arms around him and held him close. "Shh, it's okay. We'll get through this together," she whispered.
His father walked in and saw everywhere scattered, he was angry seeing everything he had spent his money to buy on the ground, "who did this?" He roared in anger.
Rosa looked at him and sighed, "Jack did it Anthony."
Seeing Jack whimpering in his mother's arms, he calmed down, "Jack! My boy, what happened?" He knows Jack was not the troublesome type, he has always been a laid-back person.
Jack sniffed trying to control the tears from flowing down his face, "I was angry at everything, I can't explain it but seeing the pictures on the walls made me more angry, we are smiling and happy in the pictures but in reality, we allowed out sister to go just like that. I just couldn't sit back and watch anymore." He sniffed again.
Anthony smiled bitterly, he stooped low a bit and looked at his son eye to eye, "Jack my son, you are a man and a real man don't throw tantrums, he deals with his problems, head on. You are my son and my heir, you are Anthony Haden' son, Roberto wouldn't have behaved like this. You are no more a child, you think I don't feel sad, I feel bad but what am I supposed to do? I can do nothing, until you kill foolish emotions from your mind, you won't go far in life." He poked his son's head with his fore finger, "get it into your thick skull."
He straightened up, looked at his son and wanted to say something but decided against it, he called for a maid to clear up the place, his phone rang.
He picked up his phone and answered the call, it was an urgent call and he needed to go out, he looked at his wife and son and said, "Rosa, take care of your son." He bent down and pecked his wife on the lips and turned to leave.
When her husband left, she reached for Jack's face and held it firmly, "we are going to go through this together."
From that day on, Jack and his mother worked together to manage his anger and find healthier ways to cope with his emotions. They sought help from professionals and practiced techniques such as deep breathing and mindfulness.
Slowly but surely, Jack learned to control his rage and find a way to hide his emotions from people.
