CHAPTER 22
BRIAN'S POV
"What do you mean she's not there??"
"Isn't this the place we tracked her down to?? Please find her, look all over!"
I shouted at my aids.
I tried to be brave but my voice failed me and gave me away, I was this close to crying like a baby. Where has my Carol gone?
"Master"
I turned to the direction of the voice and it was my main aid. He took subtle steps towards me with an ipad on his hands.
"I'm afraid we acted without thorough investigation. It shows here that she was picked up willingly by a man"
He showed me the video from the video cam across the street on the ipad. Where Carol was put on the back of a lanky man and they walked for over thirty minutes on the lonely road before they got off the camera's grid.
The man in the video though. He looked oddly familiar so I zoomed in, shook up on who it was. Curtis Pierce? Curtis Pierce? The former CEO? Just what exactly is he doing with Carol? I need to find her, damn!
