With only minutes to spare, Andrew pulls into Jungle Fruits Distribution Center, known for distributing fruit of the supposed jungles all around Louisiana as well as to the states further west. While their brand is called, "Jungle Fruits", not one fruit they sell actually grows natural in the jungle, not even the banana which is their main concern being that there was a mysterious shortage of the worlds first fruit in the state.
Andrew stops the truck next to the guard shack while Jay rested in the bunk. When the guard slides the door open, Andrew freezes with fear as he laid his eyes upon a large man who looked just like the Munkie Kang. Was it him wearing some sort of man disguise? Playing games with Andrews head? But that was impossible, there's no way an ape on foot could beat Andrew in a semi truck on the highway to the customer…
"Pickup or delivery?" the large man asks, he had a clipboard and pen in his hands ready to write down information. Andrew, still thinking it was the Munkie Kang wearing some sort of disguise, fumbled his words anxiously.
"I got a delivery but there's a problem-"
"What's the problem?" the guard asks.
"I don't have the load anymore…" Andrew says as the guard started laughing at what he perceived was a joke.
"What state did you pick up from?" the guard continues.
"Florida, but I'm not kidding, we were hijacked on the way here."
"By who?"
"By a whole gang of apes!" Andrew says with urgency. But the guard just laughed some more.
"Boy stop playin' and go to door number 6." The guard says.
"Dude, I'm serious! They beat me up and took all the freight! Go back there and-"
"Boy go before I flip this truck over!" the guard slams his clipboard on his lap angrily. Andrew reluctantly presses in the brakes and drives forward. The guard chuckles and shakes his head, returning his attention to whatever he was watching on his phone while the back of the trailer with doors ripped open and hanging off their hinges passed by him.
"Apes stole our freight…tell them jokes somewhere else." The guard mumbles to himself.
Inside the warehouse of Jungle Fruits, Dan the Supervisor was yelling and cussing at his walkie-talkie, just a normal day at the warehouse.
"Nope! He brought the load here all fucked up, he's gonna have to fix it himself or we ain't takin' it!" Dan shouts as forklifts sped all around him.
"That's what I told him!" another mans voice blares through Dan's walkie.
"Well tell em' again! Nobody sets foot in that trailer until he re-stacks those pallets!" Dan shouts. He and Jeff, the other lead supervisor, were standing just feet away from each other only Jeff was standing on the next aisle over while they screamed and shouted about another driver. Suddenly, a loud bang is heard as Andrew slams the trailer into the dock door.
"Damn! No one's ever heard of slow and steady?!" Dan says as he stomps towards the docks. "Do these motherfuckers just gun the truck back and don't give a fuck?"
"How much you wanna bet we look in that trailer and the loads all over the fuckin' place?" Jeff says as he stomped his way over to dock 6 as well.
The two supervisors peer inside the trailer.
"Jeff!" Dan yells into the walkie even though Jeff was right beside him.
"Yeah?!" Jeff yells back into his walkie…
"Go out there and tell that fuck head to come in the warehouse!" Dan shouts at his walkie.
A few minutes later, Andrew and Jay are escorted into the warehouse and to the dock door where Dan the Supervisor awaited, his knuckles on his hips and his right boot planted at an angle. His face was agitated and confused.
"You know this is the receiving dock, right?" Dan says when they were close enough.
"Yeah! See! About that!-" Andrew starts but he was cut off by Dan.
"We don't distribute air! Where's the freight?!"
"Some apes robbed us on the highway!" Andrew shouts, hoping they would believe him while Jay peered into the empty trailer.
"Damn little fella, you weren't pulling ma leg…" Jay says.
"Why would I lie about that?" Andrew says.
"So they took all the freight?!" Dan says, "the entire load? You guys couldn't call the fuckin cops?"
"That's the thing! They took my phone, too! And Jay didn't believe me!" Andrew says. "I know it sounds crazy but that's what happened!"
"I'm calling your company right now and telling them that somehow you idiots lost the load, or perhaps never picked it up in the first place and are using this stupid ape story to cover up your own stupidity." Dan says pulling out his phone.
"Now wait just a minute, you little fart face!" Jay towers over Dan, "You don't ever call me an idiot! And I saw one of them little ape men with my own two eyes! Don't be callin' my company because we're going to go git your freight back right now!"
"Really? How?" Andrew asks timidly.
"We go back there and show that monkey man that it's not a good idea to mess with our money." Jay says.
"Alright, you got 1 hour to come back with all our freight." Dan says.
"You got it." Jay says, "come on little fella, lets git our money back."
Jay and Andrew turn around and make their way out of the warehouse.
"What happens when they don't come back with the load?" Jeff says to his walkie.
"Well, then we call the fuckin cops and report stolen freight, then we call their company and tell them to pay us for the missing load." Dan says to his walkie. "But I doubt they're coming back with anything within the hour…"
