The woman face drew forward towards Sirius's, seeing he didn't budge, the woman who had bobbed hair tiptoed more on her heels before sealing her lips on his. Her hands moved to his hair and Katherine knew immediately she needed to stop watching. Her heart was beating fast so she placed her hand on her chest to steady the breathing, she didn't know why she was panicking. Her back rested on the wall, and she so wanted to leave here. When she felt herself yawn so she sat at the floor tiredly.
As the woman hands moved towards his hair, she was suddenly yanked away, until now Sirius haven't touched her. she found herself inches away from the man she just fell in love with. Her eyes widened before being clouded with tears.
As a gentleman Sirius has always portrayed. He walked to the woman before placing his hands on her shoulder. " What if I don't marry you Emmeline?" He said to the woman his eyes scanning her.
" MO mother said you are the one I will be getting married to." she said skeptically. Once the lady's eyes fell on Sirius she saw his serious expression, that of scorn, which scared her away. " uhm I get it you don't want to touch me now, I thought you wanted it-" He cutted her off her words.
" I wouldn't want anything with you get lost now!" He said his remaining patience out of his eyes. He straightened his back turning away.
" But you can't talk to me like that.. I only left myself to you because I love you. I love you Sirius!" she said and her eyes moistened.
Sirius chuckled, this was why he hated to be matched or married. " of course I love myself too, and for the marriage, I won't marry a whore would I? I would rather look for something more nicer." He reached for the door, making himself out.
The next day, Katherine woke up at the store room, where she had slept off waiting for them. She made herself out through the door to prepare her mistress bath. After her morning duty, she escorted Mrs Aubrey to the dinning where a family had come to join them. Her eyes fell on the lady from earlier. She was a pretty dolled up lady at her twenty. in not less than a minute she was told to leave them.
