Galan was standing on a building in Loguetown, looking down at Roger on the execution stand. He turned to the crowd and saw many people looking at him, there was a young man with blonde hair and a fluffy pink sweater, another young man with stitches on his forehead, Dragon, a young man with a giant cross sword, a few little brats, and finally a man smoking a cigar with grayish skin.
Galan looked at them emotionlessly before turning to the execution stand as Roger sat down and grinned, "All right! Let's get this over with." the Executioners swung their swords in a ceremony before holding it in a cross shape.
Suddenly, a person in the crowd shouted "Hey, King of the Pirates! Where did you hide all the treasure that you found?! You got it, didn't you?! That legendary treasure! That great Treasure! The One Piece!"
Galan turned to the man and frowned as Roger laughed happily, looking down at the crowd of people, declaring "My treasure? If you want it, you can have it! Go out and find it! I left everything this world has to offer there!" he glanced up at Galan and chuckled with a big grin before the Executioners stabbed through his body, killing him instantly.
Galan clenched his fist as he looked down on the plaza.
A good man died today.
A pirate, but a good man nonetheless.
He looked up as rain started falling from the sky, as though mourning the loss as well.
And everything was because of those bastards sitting in their marble chairs! Galan grew more and more angry before turning to leave. This was what he signed up for, instead of rushing Mariejois, guns blazing and making them Martyrs, he chose to crumble them from within.
He had no choice to keep his cool, but at this point, Galan was becoming a powder keg. When he exploded… more than likely he would take many things with him.
When he returned to Marineford, he received a call from the 5 Elders themselves, "Find the spawn of Gold Roger on Baterilla." Galan asked submissively "How am I supposed to know?" The 5 Elders replied simply "Kill every pregnant woman." before hanging up.
Galan held the phone in his hand and wondered about something. Since this call was made, how many were coming after. He cracked his neck and wondered if anyone would remember Baterilla after this, probably not.
He sat at his desk and opened a safe, pulling out the array of snails and making a call.
The line was silent and Galan said "Baterilla, South Blue. Collect all the pregnant women on the island. Kill Squad is on its way." Dragon replied "How much time do I have?" Galan replied "10-15 days, most likely less. I only received a call just now but they sent a Cipher Pol squad to the island prior… I'd say 80%."
Dragon was silent for a moment before asking "And the babies?" Galan replied icily "Soldiers to the cause. Sacrifices must be made for change. The Island of Baterilla will be wiped off the map after this, I'm 95% sure of it. It's either this or death, Dragon. Make a choice."
Dragon let out a breath and said "I understand." before hanging up.
Galan made another call and said "You have connections to Morgans?" Shakuyaku hummed and Galan continued "I'll send you a survivor of an Island wipe. I want you to pin everything on me." Shakuyaku didn't speak for a moment before humming, "Okay."
Galan hung up and put the snails back, letting out a breath as his trigger finger twitched. He finally got up and walked out of the office, leaving Marineford.
A few weeks later
Galan was walking through a town on Baterilla, looking at the flames and corpses around him. He had his hands behind his back and he stopped in front of a house, setting it ablaze and blowing the house to rubble with a witness nearby.
The person was shocked and ran off, Galan chased after him and forced him on a certain path to a small ship, sending him on his way.
The ship was on a set path to Sabaody, of course. Shakuyaku would pick him up and then send him straight to Morgans along with the information she gathered. Galan looked at the small ship being obscured by smoke from the fire.
He made sure it left before turning back and destroying the rest of the island, however he was only ever destroying buildings that had no people in it. The CP agents were the ones slaughtering everyone they saw.
After a while
Galan stood on rubble, looking at the ash heaps as he sighed to himself, how many more islands would succumb to this? How many more innocent lives would be taken before they slaughtered the shit-eating nobles?
Galan didn't know, or maybe he didn't want to know.
From what he heard, the order was erasure and elimination. Easy and simple, no witnesses or anything.
The Agents were very thorough, however they didn't find any pregnant women on the island. There were only a very sparse amount of people, they were a bit confused but their leader assumed that the people fled after hearing that Roger was on the island.
This was the only possible solution he could think of, nobody doubted that there was a traitor in their midst. After all, who would go against the World Government?
Galan didn't find the woman he was looking for. He didn't even hear her name mentioned once! He frowned inwardly, worrying slightly, as he started surveying the rubble and checking corpses.
Luckily, she wasn't amongst the rubble or deceased.
Naturally, Galan knew about Roger's wife. He wanted to find her first and send her to a safe place secretly, however she was nowhere to be found! Thus his first mistake.
A Cipher Pol agent ran over and shouted "I found something!" the rest of the Agents came to a small ship and boarded it, looking everywhere and finding various baby items. They were in a rush to report it, but mistakes require swift solutions after all.
The ship bobbed from the weight and pulled on the rope that was attaching it to the island. The rope pulled on a pistol trigger and it fired a bullet, sparks coming out of the flintlock.
The sparks lit up a barrel of gunpowder and the entire ship exploded in a massive orchestra of flames!
Taking every Cipher Pol agent on it along to the bottom of the sea.
The Agents on the shore were stunned and looked at the explosion, a bunch of flags floating down from the sky, clearly inside the ship before.
The Agents saw the flag and were enraged! It was the Revolutionary Army flag!
Galan watched from the town as the flames were reflected in his pupils. The ship was, of course, rigged. He made it like that on purpose, the theory was that only Rouge was supposed to be on it, sailing to a safe location. The weight of only one person wouldn't trip the pistol hidden in the inner lining of the hull.
This would allow for Rouge to deactivate the trap and sail away safely, but if more than a handful of people got on, the ship would explode and frame the Revolutionaries. This was a fail-safe in case Galan couldn't get Rouge to the boat before the Agents found it.
Fortunately for him, Rouge wasn't here and the ship blew up anyway, taking a group of Agents along with it. This had the effect of not only letting the World Government know that the Revolutionaries were here, but also that they were incredibly thorough planners and extremely dangerous.
Galan figured it would buy Dragon some time and space to breathe from the World Government hunting them. The downside was that the Government would no doubt be more cautious in the future when dealing with the Revolutionaries.
However, the downside was minimal because it was all Galan in the end and they weren't guarded against him at the moment. This fact was proven when they called him to annihilate Baterilla.
He followed orders and did so, unfortunately the Revolutionaries blew up a ship full of Agents and got to the island first. That was now a fact, even if it wasn't the truth. As for how the ships got there…
It's amazing what a small coating from Sabaody can do. All you had to do was pop the coating and the ship was where you wanted it to be. After that, a simple Conqueror Haki barrier to mask his movements and a simple trap.
Suddenly, you have a fearsome Revolutionary army.
The Agents ran to the docks and Galan walked over, frowning "What happened here?!" The Agents pointed at the ship, saying with hatred "Those damn Revolutionary rats! They boobytrapped the ship as a ruse!" Galan picked up a flag from the ground and frowned deeply "This isn't good."
The Leader for this mission frowned, "Indeed. No wonder there were no pregnant women on this island… Retreat. We need to notify the higher ups!" the agents nodded and left the island, Galan following them and going back to Marineford, his job complete.
