"She is coming!" Thomas was keeping an eye over the road ahead, and the deadly villain chased them fiercely from behind. She was getting rapidly closer to them, seemingly pushing her superpower over the limits when she realised what they wanted to do.
If she allowed them to go into the market, the two would meddle and vanish in the sea of normal people there. Finding them later would be hard. So she pushed herself and started to flash continuously, getting closer to them in mere seconds!
Thomas knew arriving at the bustling market was now pretty impossible. They were in the middle of the road, with many vehicles passing right and left.
"We can't reach there," Lucy turned and saw that villain almost less than one hundred metres from them. That meant in two moves, she'd catch them.
"Follow me then," out of the blue, Thomas grabbed her arm and suddenly moved her in midair. She screamed, and didn't know what was going on until she felt like she hit something!
