Charlie, his cousin and his friends were walking in the square. Charlie looked surprised when he saw the size of the buildings.
CHARLIE CARVETTE EQUESTRIAN:
Wow! Look at these places. There's the bakery, diner, ice cream stand, and the cinema.
SUNNY STARSCOUT:
Yeah, they still show some old movies before I brought the magic back, but they still enjoyed it.
Charlie saw Izzy Moonbow looking at his smartphone.
CHARLIE CARVETTE EQUESTRIAN:
Well, at least Izzy is enjoying herself.
Izzy Moonbow looked happy.
IZZY MOONBOW:
Wow, Charlie's phone looks different than Pipp's phone.
HITCH TRAILBLAZER:
Izzy, we don't have time to look at Charlie's phone.
IZZY MOONBOW:
Don't worry, Hitch. I'm still in medium sneaky mode.
Izzy Moonbow was browsing on Charlie's phone and found Michael Jackson's profile.
IZZY MOONBOW:
Michael Jackson, the King of Pop? He's a singer and a dancer?
Izzy Moonbow found the list of Michael Jackson's songs.
IZZY MOONBOW:
Jam. My favourite sandwich.
When Izzy Moonbow played the music, Charlie stopped and started dancing. He was using Michael Jackson dance moves like the Robot, the Crotch Grab, the Feet Shuffle, The Kick, The MJ Spin, the Toe Stand and the Moonwalk. Charlie looked surprised.
CHARLIE CARVETTE EQUESTRIAN:
What the heck? What's happening to me?
Sunny Starscout and her friends looked shocked when they saw Charlie dancing.
HITCH TRAILBLAZER:
Charlie, what are you doing? There's no time for dancing! You're attracting everypony!
Charlie couldn't stop dancing.
CHARLIE CARVETTE EQUESTRIAN:
I can't stop! It's that same tingle in my body and it's going to my throat! I think I'm going to...
(Musical Sequence)
Charlie sang Jam by Michael Jackson and everypony gathered round, watched and used their smartphones to film his performance, and they liked it. Sunny Starscout looked surprised.
SUNNY STARSCOUT:
I know what's happening. Izzy! Turn off the music!
Izzy Moonbow was panicking while trying to turn off the music from Charlie's phone.
IZZY MOONBOW:
I'm trying, Sunny! But there's no off switch!
SUNNY STARSCOUT:
Give me that!
Sunny Starscout took the phone from Izzy Moonbow and turned off the music. Charlie stopped dancing and he looked exhausted and was trying to get his breath back.
CHARLIE CARVETTE EQUESTRIAN:
What the heck just happened?
Sunny Starscout and her friends ran up to Charlie.
SUNNY STARSCOUT:
It must've been the magic from the humacorn crystal, Charlie.
CHARLIE CARVETTE EQUESTRIAN:
What?
SUNNY STARSCOUT:
Have you danced and sung before?
CHARLIE CARVETTE EQUESTRIAN:
Yes, but not like this.
IZZY MOONBOW:
Well, the way you did it was brilliant! And what was that move you did when you walked backwards?
CHARLIE CARVETTE EQUESTRIAN:
The Moonwalk. And I've tried to do that when I was five.
Hitch Trailblazer talked to the ponies.
HITCH TRAILBLAZER:
It's all right everypony. That friendly creature was just performing. And he'll let you know if he does that again next time.
While everypony went back to their normal routines, Sprout Cloverleaf left the Sheriff's Department and walked up to Hitch Trailblazer.
SPROUT CLOVERLEAF:
Hitch, I saw a strange creature singing and dancing on the streets. What's going on?
Hitch Trailblazer introduced Sprout Cloverleaf to Charlie.
HITCH TRAILBLAZER:
Sprout, this is our new friend, Charlie Carvette Equestrian. And he's a human from another world.
Sprout Cloverleaf scoffed.
SPROUT CLOVERLEAF:
Ha! A human? That's a good one.
Izzy Moonbow walked close to Sprout Cloverleaf.
IZZY MOONBOW:
All right, Sprout Cloverleaf. If that is your real name.
SPROUT CLOVERLEAF:
That is my real name.
IZZY MOONBOW:
Oh, drop the act. We know you're Mum is working with the Storm Queen.
Sprout Cloverleaf looked scared.
SPROUT CLOVERLEAF:
I don't know what you're talking about.
IZZY MOONBOW:
You're scared because you know what I'm talking about.
SPROUT CLOVERLEAF:
No, I really don't! What am I on trial?
Sunny Starscout used her magic to drag Izzy Moonbow away from Sprout Cloverleaf.
SUNNY STARSCOUT:
Izzy. I think his mum never told him.
Sprout Cloverleaf looked confused.
SPROUT CLOVERLEAF:
Never told me what?
Hitch Trailblazer looked worried and walked up to Sprout Cloverleaf.
HITCH TRAILBLAZER:
Sprout, I think you need to look at this. We found it in Sunny's dad's study area.
Hitch Trailblazer gave the scroll to Sprout Cloverleaf. When Sprout Cloverleaf opened up the scroll and read it, he looked sad.
HITCH TRAILBLAZER:
I'm sorry. The Storm Queen is responsible for destroying the magic of friendship, before Sunny brought it back.
SPROUT CLOVERLEAF:
So, my mum is working for her?
CHARLIE CARVETTE EQUESTRIAN:
Forced to work with her and yes, she is.
SPROUT CLOVERLEAF:
So, if the Storm Queen knows the magic is back, she'll destroy all of us?
CHARLIE CARVETTE EQUESTRIAN:
Yes.
Sprout Cloverleaf looked angry at Sunny Starscout and shouted at her.
SPROUT CLOVERLEAF (Shouting):
This is your fault, Sunny! If you and your dad didn't talk about uniting everypony and if you haven't brought the magic back, we would've been safe without magic!
Charlie stood in front of Sunny Starscout.
CHARLIE CARVETTE EQUESTRIAN:
Hey! Don't talk to my cousin like that.
Sprout Cloverleaf looked confused.
SPROUT CLOVERLEAF:
Cousin?
IZZY MOONBOW:
Yes. Sunny found out that her dad is a humacorn and he disguised himself as an Earth pony. Her dad's real name is Carvette Equestrian and Charlie here is his human grandson and Sunny's cousin!
Sprout Cloverleaf looked surprised.
SPROUT CLOVERLEAF:
Carvette Equestrian? The legendary humacorn?
CHARLIE CARVETTE EQUESTRIAN:
You know him?
SPROUT CLOVERLEAF:
Only from a book. I read it when I was a little foal and I thought it was just a myth. But if Izzy said you're Carvette's grandson, then the stories are all true. Your grandfather defeated the Storm King, but I didn't know he had a wife.
HITCH TRAILBLAZER:
Well, that's the thing. The Storm Queen is the Storm King. He used his magic to change his appearance a thousand years ago.
IZZY MOONBOW:
Now he's a she.
SUNNY STARSCOUT:
She destroyed the magic and forced three pony kinds to live in three separate places.
IZZY MOONBOW:
Before we reversed it.
CHARLIE CARVETTE EQUESTRIAN:
She only did that because she hates friendship.
IZZY MOONBOW:
Because it's magic.
Charlie rolled his eyes.
CHARLIE CARVETTE EQUESTRIAN:
Yes, thank you, Izzy.
SPROUT CLOVERLEAF:
Are you telling me that the Storm King who is now the Storm Queen is responsible for destroying magic, keeping three pony kinds separate and forcing my family to work with her just because she hates friendship?
CHARLIE CARVETTE EQUESTRIAN:
Yes.
Sprout Cloverleaf looked amazed.
SPROUT CLOVERLEAF:
That's explains everything. So, we gonna have to use magic to stop the Storm Queen?
HITCH TRAILBLAZER:
That's the plan so far, but I'll explain the rest later. We need to get to Canterlogic and warn your mum before the Storm Queen gets here.
SPROUT CLOVERLEAF:
But Hitch, what about the others? Their lives are in danger. I read the scroll and...
HITCH TRAILBLAZER:
I know. But we don't want to cause panic until we talk to your mum.
Izzy Moonbow whispered to Sprout Cloverleaf.
IZZY MOONBOW (Whispered):
We're trying to be medium sneaky.
Sprout Cloverleaf nodded his head.
SPROUT CLOVERLEAF:
Okay. I'll take you all to see my mum. Follow me. And don't worry, Sunny, your ban's been lifted.
SUNNY STARSCOUT:
You already told me, Sprout.
SPROUT CLOVERLEAF:
I know. I'm just reminding you.
Sunny Starscout looked at Charlie.
SUNNY STARSCOUT:
He always does that.
Charlie smiled.
CHARLIE CARVETTE EQUESTRIAN:
Tell me about it.
Charlie, Sunny Starscout and their friends followed Sprout Cloverleaf to Canterlogic.
Area: Canterlogic
Inside the building, Charlie, his cousin and his friends looked around and saw everypony inventing some new technology.
CHARLIE CARVETTE EQUESTRIAN:
Wow, these ponies are making cool stuff.
SPROUT CLOVERLEAF:
Yeah, we used to make anti-Pegasus and anti-Unicorn technology, but now we're building new machines to make everypony happy.
HITCH TRAILBLAZER:
It's not safe and stylish anymore. It's now magic and stylish.
Charlie looked impressed.
CHARLIE CARVETTE EQUESTRIAN:
So, that's why everypony is using their phones. What about video games?
HITCH TRAILBLAZER:
They're working on it.
SUNNY STARSCOUT:
Hitch, we haven't got time to give Charlie the tour, let's get to Mrs. Cloverleaf's office.
Everyone went to the CEO office. Inside the CEO office, Phyillis Cloverleaf was enjoying herself with a nice cup of tea.
PHYILLIS CLOVERLEAF:
Lovely tea.
Phyillis Cloverleaf heard a knock on a door.
PHYILLIS CLOVERLEAF:
Come in.
Sprout Cloverleaf opened the door and he and his friends entered the room.
SPROUT CLOVERLEAF:
Hi, Mum.
Phyillis Cloverleaf looked happy to see her son.
PHYILLIS CLOVERLEAF:
Ah, Sprout! How's my little deputy? We're building a new device that make everypony...
Phyillis Cloverleaf paused when she saw Charlie.
PHYILLIS CLOVERLEAF:
Who is that?
Sunny Starscout introduced Phyillis Cloverleaf to Charlie.
SUNNY STARSCOUT:
Mrs. Cloverleaf, this is Charlie Carvette Equestrian. He's a human from another world and my cousin.
Phyillis Cloverleaf looked nervous.
PHYILLIS CLOVERLEAF (Nervously):
It's so nice to meet you, Mr. Equestrian. This isn't happening.
Everyone looked confused, while Sprout Cloverleaf walked up to his mother.
SPROUT CLOVERLEAF:
Mum, I know about the Storm Queen.
PHYILLIS CLOVERLEAF (Nervously):
Storm Queen? What Storm Queen?
SPROUT CLOVERLEAF:
The storm creature who destroyed our magic, separated three pony kinds and forced our family to work with her before Sunny and her friends reverse it.
PHYILLIS CLOVERLEAF (Nervously):
Honey, don't make me ground you for speaking nonsense.
SPROUT CLOVERLEAF (Shouting):
This isn't nonsense, Mum! This is a matter of life and death!
Charlie recognized Phyillis Cloverleaf's reaction and he calmed Sprout Cloverleaf down.
CHARLIE CARVETTE EQUESTRIAN:
Sprout, wait. I've seen that reaction before. We're not alone.
IZZY MOONBOW:
Duh, that's because we all here.
CHARLIE CARVETTE EQUESTRIAN:
No, I mean someone or something is watching us.
Charlie slowly looked around the room and spotted an invisible flying machine.
CHARLIE CARVETTE EQUESTRIAN:
Excuse me!
Charlie quickly grabbed Phyillis Cloverleaf's cup of tea and threw it at the flying machine. When it was visible, the flying machine was the Storm camera and it was malfunctioning. Hitch Trailblazer pushed his friends back.
HITCH TRAILBLAZER:
Stay back!
The Storm camera fell to the floor and it was shut down. Charlie and Sunny Starscout walked up to the broken Storm camera and spotted the Storm Queen's symbol.
SUNNY STARSCOUT:
It's a security camera.
CHARLIE CARVETTE EQUESTRIAN:
With the Storm Queen's symbol.
SUNNY STARSCOUT:
How long has she been watching us?
Everypony looked confused, while Sprout Cloverleaf turned to his mother and walked up to her.
SPROUT CLOVERLEAF:
You knew that camera was there? And you knew the Storm Queen was watching us the whole time?!
Phyillis Cloverleaf was fidgeting, while her son looked impatient.
SPROUT CLOVERLEAF:
Come on, Mum. Tell me the truth.
Phyillis Cloverleaf turned around, sighed and spoke to herself.
PHYILLIS CLOVERLEAF:
I guess I have no choice.
Phyillis Cloverleaf turned around again and walked up to her son.
PHYILLIS CLOVERLEAF:
Sprout. It's true. Our family has been working with the Storm Queen for a thousand years. We Earth ponies were forced to keep Pegasus and Unicorns away from us. But when Sunny brought the magic and united everypony, I believed the Storm Queen was destroyed. But when I saw that camera, I knew she wasn't. I was trying to protect you, son. But now I fear if she knows the magic is back, we're all doomed.
SPROUT CLOVERLEAF:
No, we're not. The Storm Queen only done that because she hates friendship. But Charlie over there is here to protect us from her. His grandfather is a Humacorn who defeated the Storm Queen two thousand years ago when she was the Storm King. And his grandfather is also Sunny's dad.
Phyillis Cloverleaf looked confused.
PHYILLIS CLOVERLEAF:
Argyle Starshine? But he was an Earth Pony.
SUNNY STARSCOUT:
No, he disguised himself as an Earth pony and my mum knew about it before she passed away. We found out about it this morning and my dad is still alive.
CHARLIE CARVETTE EQUESTRIAN:
She's right. My grandfather was trying to find the six Spirits of Harmony to restore the Guardians of Harmony and ancient Equestria.
Charlie showed Phyillis Cloverleaf the Equestrian sword.
CHARLIE CARVETTE EQUESTRIAN:
This is my grandfather's sword. And these six holes on it are where spirits are supposed to go.
PHYILLIS CLOVERLEAF:
So, this sword is our only hope to restore ancient Equestria and stop the Storm Queen?
Charlie nodded his head.
CHARLIE CARVETTE EQUESTRIAN:
Yes. We hope so.
Phyillis Cloverleaf looked at her son.
PHYILLIS CLOVERLEAF:
Sprout, we have to warn everypony in Maretime Bay.
Sprout Cloverleaf agreed with his mother.
SPROUT CLOVERLEAF:
That's the plan, Mum.
Phyillis Cloverleaf cried in tears softly.
PHYILLIS CLOVERLEAF (Crying softy):
Oh, Sprout! This is very hard for me. You don't know what is like to work with the Storm Queen.
SPROUT CLOVERLEAF:
Well, I do now and I'll never let her harm you. Never.
Charlie smiled briefly when he saw Sprout Cloverleaf and Phyillis Cloverleaf hugged each other.
CHARLIE CARVETTE EQUESTRIAN:
Look at that. These two understand each other. But my mum won't know what is like to have my autism.
Izzy Moonbow looked confused.
IZZY MOONBOW:
Your what?
Charlie and everypony heard a sound of an airship coming from outside.
HITCH TRAILBLAZER:
What was that?
CHARLIE CARVETTE EQUESTRIAN:
It's an airship.
Phyillis Cloverleaf looked scared.
PHYILLIS CLOVERLEAF:
It's the Storm Queen! She's here! We are doomed!
CHARLIE CARVETTE EQUESTRIAN:
Don't worry, Phyillis. Sprout, stay here and take care of your mother. Everypony come with me.
While Sprout Cloverleaf stayed with his mother, Charlie, Sunny Starscout and their friends quickly left the office.
