Chapter 8 - My conduct

Indecisiveness, a foe of mine, Haunts me often, makes me pine, For a clear and certain path, Instead of wandering in aftermath.

I ponder, I muse, I weigh each choice, But still, I hesitate, I lose my voice, What if I'm wrong, what if I'm right? The fear of regret keeps me up all night.

I envy those who act with ease, Who follow their heart, who do as they please, But I am bound by uncertainty, A prisoner of my own insecurity.

So here I am, stuck in between, A place of doubt, a place unseen, I wish for courage, for strength, for light, To break free from this endless plight.

But until then, I'll keep on searching, For a way out, for a way of birthing, A new me, one of conviction and grace, Who won't be held back by this indecisive race.
