Sarah talked with Claire awhile longer and they said bye to each other.
In the car, James was driving and felt left out from the conversation. After Sarah hung up she sat in silence.
James wanted to know what they talked about and was about to ask when his wife started talking first.
"The kids found evidence to support what they told us this morning"
"I was hoping they wouldn't be able to find anything and we could play it off as a nightmare," James shook his head.
"Me too. Claire also said we should have a family meeting when we get home," Sarah approved.
After the short drive James pulled onto the closest parking space at the school. Sarah also sent a message to there kids that they are at the school.
As Claire was hanging up the phone, their elder brothers were heading in their direction.
Sam waved at them like they didn't already know where they were, "We're over here."
When they were right in front of them Kevin knocks on Sam's head, "Didn't you already see us walking over to you? You were yelling so loud like we were both deaf or something."
"Shut up," Sam tried throwing punches at Kevin but he just kept flailing about looking a bit silly.
Johnathan was standing beside Claire but he went over to separate the two, "Would you both knock it off. What if you hit Claire? You'll both would end up roasted."
Once Johnathan spoke the two emmediatly froze in place and looked over to where Claire was standing with guilty looks on their faces, "sorry. "
With no hesitation the boys apologized to Claire even though nothing really happened.
"Whatever. Oh yeah, mom said she would send us a message when she and dad get here," Claire gave them a eyeroll at their antics and told them all what their mom said.
As they were talking Claire gets a message from her mom that they have arrived in the parking lot.
Claire tells the boys what mom said, "Mom said to go to the office and to meet them there."
"Ok."
So all four of them started to leave the cafeteria.
For some reason Annie pops out of no where trying to flag them down, "Wait for me!"
By the time she caught up to the siblings she was out of breath, "...Why couldn't you wait. I want to go with you all, I don't want to wait for my parents."
Claire turns her head to glance at Annie, "I'm going to tell you no and my brothers will agree with me. You can wait for your parents. They would be worried about you."
Kevin agreed with Claire, "Your parents should be on their way now. Don't make them waste a trip. If you miss each other they will be even more worried."
"...but I don't want to wait anymore," Annie started whining like that would make them give up being stubborn.
"Wait I know. Let's ask mom if they want to make the extra trip for Annie. That way we won't be blamed for being bullies like this morning," Claire said this as it would make Annie feel uncomfortable.
Johnathan turned to Claire, "What do you mean? Did she cause trouble for you two?"
"I would say less trouble and more of a nuisance or annoyance," Sam interjected.
Annie was currently being ignored in her stand alone act as the siblings were discussing what to do with her.
The audience in the cafeteria all turned their ears to them to hear the drama.
Annie was getting more mad as more people were whispering about her, "You should just take me along. Why do you need to discuss it?"
"Kevin already explained why didn't he. Plus, Claire gave another option to ask our parents to decide. So you shouldn't complain," Sam was done with talking and grabbed his brothers and sister's and was moving them to the office.
Annie was left by herself with the people in the cafeteria talking about their argument.
She stomped her foot and chased after them.
"Great now ahe is following us," Kevin couldn't help himself and said that loud enough for everyone to hear.
The twins laughed, "I knew that she would follow why are you so surprised."
"I didn't know she was this thickskined," Kevin answered back, unashamed that he said that loudly.
Everyone made it to the office even the tag along.
"Mom, Dad," the siblings greeted their parents.
"Kids we have arrived," with a grand entrance their Mother spoke up.
Their father went to the office to so the sign off for there kids to get out of school.
Annie was treated like a vase in the corner of the room. She finally spoke up, "Auntie could I go with you all? I don't want to wait anymore."
"Dear we aren't your parents so we can't sigh you out of school. Your going to have to have your parents do that or express permission from them, okay."
Sarah was trying to be patient with Annie and explain the situation.
"...But," Annie didn't want to give up.
"No buts, you have to wait."
While they were talking James Came back, "Paper work is done let's go home."
James didn't even acknowledge Annie and just walked by. He didn't stop, "Let's go. The car isn't going to wait."
With that everyone except Annie left. She was so made she was as red as a firetruck.
"You should all pay for doing that," in her grievance she said something quite dark. Unfortunately no one was present to hear or she would of had to go to counseling.
With that hiccup, the family of 6 made it to the car and were now heading home.
