The girl realized that the electricity was simply shut by Adam and it was not any defect. The pathway in front of her was decorated with white candles on both the sides, leading to the mansion.
"It is 12 am. Happy birthday Amanda, I hope you love the surprise." He smiled and held out his hand towards the girl.
Amanda looked at him in utter shock and slowly placed her hands on his cold hands. They both started to walk on the long path and Amanda controlled her tears. Never in her life she had felt this emotion!
"Is this actually for me?" Amanda turned to look at Adam and the man smiled looking at her.
"You are a wonderful soul Amanda and you deserve all the happiness in life." He gently patted her shoulder and wiped away her tear from her left eye.
