"He is dead, alright. And I can't stay here for a second longer," Martin said as he glanced at others. "Who's returning?"
"Let's go."
Ramon responded with a nod, and both used their movement-type skills to boost their speed before leaving the place.
"See you later, friends," Lucas said with a polite smile and also used a movement skill. "Hopefully, Mr. Arankar survives."
Patches of winds whirled around his feet before he also left, shortly passing by Martin and Ramon.
"I-I'll wait for a bit," Agatha said, her expression a bit downcast.
"Good luck," Milo said before grabbing Rose's hand. "Let's go."
"If other Guild leaders and Legendary adventurers enter inside, they will surely rescue him," Rose said before sighing internally, 'If, hopefully, he stays alive until then.'
The couple also left, leaving only Agatha.
Agatha sighed and sat down on a nearby rock.
"What a crazy day," she muttered, wryly shaking her head.
She started guessing about Arankar while hopefully waiting for him, though she knew she had to wait until other Guild Leaders above level 500 entered to see Arankar's state.
'I hope this dummy finds a safe place to hide.'
'But why does he behave like that? Did he lose his memories or what?'
Agatha wondered. Arankar looked like a human, just the most handsome and gentle one. But he still looked like a human male and a very attractive one at that.
His power and character made her fall for him instantly, but most importantly, she could feel that whatever Arankar showed her of him was real.
He was not a fake gentleman or trying to impress her. She could feel there was no need for him to do that.
Instead, it was she who was lucky to encounter Arankar.
Although his request stumped her, she felt she could be ready.
'He just needs to learn more things, I guess.'
'Please come back.'
Coincidently, Arankar returned and also captured her thoughts, causing him to smile. "I have returned."
Agatha almost screamed upon hearing his voice but stopped herself before asking in shock. "H-How?"
It's been only a few minutes since he entered!
'Don't tell me he just entered and returned after a casual walk?'
"What how? I just entered and scanned the dungeon for the most valuable and powerful thing, only to find this."
Arankar showed a pair of purple crystal earrings to Agatha. The purple crystal earrings had gorgeous violet patterns as they glowed magically.
"This…"
Agatha inspected the item and was at a loss for words.
[Raiken Earrings of Evolet Shrine]
-> Legendary accessory.
-> Requirement: Legendary mana-core, level 600+, level 5 lighting affinity.
-> Effect: Summons a pair of Legendary Raiken Thunder Hounds for you to command for thirty minutes. Cooldown: 1 day.
"This is a legendary item, an accessory at that! This is super rare! Y-you… do you know how much it sells for?! You can live lavishly for years and take your hunter life easy if you don't want to work hard!"
"All that in exchange for a pair of earrings!"
Agatha's chest heaved up and down as she was short of breath after sputtering her amazement.
"Why don't you wear it instead?" Arankar asked in doubt. "If you use it and summon those Raiken Thunder Hounds, they can immensely help you considering your weak strength."
"Did you not inspect it? I am too weak to activate the earrings' effect," Agatha replied, sighing.
'Ah, her energy is not potent enough to activate the earrings. But, alright, I can adjust it.'
Arankar's eyes showed faint golden patterns as he broke the earrings' structure and studied it.
But suddenly, a strange phenomenon descended.
Arankar had to unseal all his powers as he sensed something and saw a faint avatar of a female wearing a white fox-like mask with red and purple designs. She had long purple hair and nine fluffy white tails behind her.
"Human? Nay, you are different," said the being, her purple eyes trying to seek deep into Arankar but failing immediately.
Agatha couldn't see anything or feel anything. To her and everyone, time had stopped.
But in reality, Arankar was invited to a limbo dimension where only beings who reached a certain level of existential power could interact with each other.
"I am Arankar. Who are you?" Arankar asked, curious. 'This being is the most powerful I've seen after arriving here. She also has a big chest but doesn't look like a human. Interesting.'
"I am Evolet of Purple Chasm. Now, mind telling me why are you breaking my earrings like that? You can't break dungeon laws and degrade it."
"I am simply making it easy for Agatha to activate the earrings," Arankar said with a smile as he pointed his finger at the earrings that floated on his left hand and did something.
"Done. I added a separate energy source in the earring's magic area to make it easy for Agatha to activate it."
'Jeez, he boosted it a bit.'
Evolet was speechless and wryly shook her head. "Sure, but this is wrong. I'll have to add a restriction so that only this woman can activate the earrings."
Arankar nodded. "I am fine with that."
"Then see you soon, Arankar. You should be invited to our place anytime now, haha."
'Nah, I am not interested.' Arankar simply smiled, for he had other plans to live his life.
He never wanted to experience that darkness again, so he must rebirth as a human and enjoy his life!
As the limbo phenomena vanished, Arankar handed the Legendary Earrings to Agatha. "Check. Now you can use its effect."
'For real?' Agatha took the earrings with slight doubt and hoped both.
'Inspect.'
[Raiken Earrings of Evolet Shrine]
-> Legendary accessory (Boosted).
-> Bound to Agatha Raven.
-> Effect: Summons a pair of Legendary Raiken Thunder Hounds for you to command for thirty minutes. Cooldown: 1 day.
-> All lightning attributed attacks are boosted by 50% for thirty minutes after activating the Effect. (This buff also applies to summons).
"How did you do this?!"
Agatha's jaws dropped to the ground. All of this was outside of everything she had learned until now!
"It seems that you like it now."
"Of course! Thank you so so much! Today is the best day of my life!"
Agatha quickly wore earrings after removing her old ones and suddenly felt more powerful!
[ Blessing Initiated- You have been blessed by an Affinity Boost.]
Agatha was even more shocked! She quickly checked her Lightning Elemental Mastery and saw it had reached level 3 from level 2!
"Arankar, why are you so awesome?" Agatha asked with a dazed expression.
"Awesome? I don't know. I am just me. Now, shall we return so we can start the child-birthing process?" Arankar asked with a gentle smile before remembering something. "Of course, only when you are ready."
"Aa…y-you…" Agatha's face turned beet red before she collected herself and sighed. "Why do I feel like I have to teach you many things?"
Arankar nodded. For his rebirth, he must be reborn from his own power source. So he needed to learn human birth law.
"Indeed. The child-birthing process is something I've never done before, though I have already learned the knowledge of its natural law.
"And I don't want to acquire instant physical process knowledge of that seeing how humans were so lively and excited at that time, so I'll have you teach me if you don't mind."
"So basically, you never had sex before?!" Agatha asked, shock filling her. 'Such a godly guy and no partners?'
She was also inexperienced in these things because she wished to prioritize getting strong and settling herself some stable status in a stable area. She didn't want to lose her focus and goal or even slow down by starting a relationship or falling into any other baits.
Her solo life hid a dark past that she needed to purify after getting stronger.
But she had to do that with deep and long plans, for her enemy was one of the giant power players of Earth, SlayerBreak Guild, ranked 6th in World Guild Rankings.
"So you call it Sex? I see. Yes, I don't want to inadvertently acquire more knowledge than necessary to enjoy my future life, so you will have to teach me about this Sex."
"Stop, stop! Okay! So silly, haha."
As Agatha turned around while blushing, she saw the frozen bear, and her eyes shined. "Arankar, can you unfreeze this bear if it's dead? You can fetch a good price for this intact level 243 monster."
Arankar waved his hand and stored the Bear in his personal dimension. "It's stored. I'll take it out when you need it."
"Perfect. Now, let's return first and have lunch. I am hungry."
"Ok," Arankar nodded with a smile. "Start running. I'll keep up with you."
Agatha rolled her eyes. "Unlike those four that left earlier…."
"I can fly."
Agatha manifested a pair of blue lightning wings by using her flying skill and flew up.
"Then I'll fly with you."
Arankar quickly caught up and randomly created a simple pair of black wings that matched his long-coat gentleman outfit.
"Hahaha…"
Agatha happily laughed and grabbed Arankar's hand as she flew faster.
"Woohoo! This is the best day of my life!" she joyfully shouted, feeling wonderful.
Arankar smiled and nodded.
"True. Mine too. So many new things," Arankar said, laughing and cheering like Agatha.
"Woohoo! I've been rid of the darkness!"
"I am no longer feeling boredom!"
"Woohoo! Woohoo!"
"Hahaha, crazy," Agatha shouted, laughing at Arankar crazily cheering.
But soon, she turned silent, sucked in by Arankar's powerful but unadulterated pure eyes that contained a simple, raw emotion of happiness.
A big smile was also plastered on his face as Arankar was filling up with anticipation of his future.
"Woohoo!"
"All Shall Rejoice, For Ecstasy has Blessed This King!"
Arankar shouted, blasting with a mysterious pulse of power!
The mysterious energy spread everywhere on the Earth, as all living beings, including trees and plants, felt a wave of blissful insight pass through them.
The ones who benefitted the most were humans, for they were the source of King Arankar's burst of elation just now.
"Are you God or what?! Hahaha, but you are so dippy!" Agatha laughed.
However, she felt some strange libration and strength for a second when Arankar shouted.
Nobody knew, but the human race received a fundamental existence buff. It was etched into the root and natural law of the human race, both present and future.
This buff would finally help them break their existential limits, allowing them to stand equal with other big races!
Of course, humans had to discover the special trait they received first!
…
Somewhere in a random small realm…
A giant green mountain stood tall, Its grand peak faced two lively suns in the sky that filled this realm with the energy and warmth of life.
A swing was atop this peak, between two lush trees, and on it rested an old man with long white hair and a beard…wearing only boxers as his outfit.
In front of the old man was a cloudy screen relaying the event that happened on Earth.
Beside the cloudy screen floated a finger-sized female being with dark gold sparkling wings and long, bright gold hair.
"This big oaf went and done it. But what is he planning to do next?"
The old man seemed to want to pull his hair because he couldn't read Arankar's mind.
"That's why I hate to deal with these ignorant big shots!"
"Stop complaining already. This one is calm from the beginning and not causing any trouble. And ones like this guy are best, haha. They are stupidly innocent since they never saw a civilized world and social structures of other intelligent races."
The fairy chuckled and continued.
"And If he breaks the balance, we can pull him here and reason to join our council or obliterate him by joining hands with other big shots, quick work."
"Horse's shit! No, Linny. I ain't fighting anyone no more. I'll return to my honey after ensuring this King Arankar stays in limit."
"Wow, Shiron. Your human vocabulary is getting good," Linny said, laughing funnily at Shiron.
"Their speech is interestingly funny. I can't help but roll it on my tongue."
"Alright, stay happy, baldy. I am returning."
"Then I am dozing off to dream again, and don't you dare reveal my location to anyone."
"As long as you don't break our deal, hehe."
Linny vanished into foldings of space after a mischievous giggle, returning to her home realm.
Queen of All That is Golden, Mother of World Tree, and Goddess of Dark Generosity, Liunelia Fairy Augustus.
Short name, Linny.
But only those she deemed equal or stronger were allowed by her to address her Linny!
